This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.
Enjoy WiFi and TV in each room.
Due to HOA Restrictions, we cannot have any pets on the property.

There is so much to do on the Cape in addition to the amazing gulf beaches! Enjoy stargazing at night or hunting for sand crabs with the kids. Use the bike path to make your way up and down the entire cape! Rent a boat and explore the bay even if the waves are choppy on the gulf. Walk across the street for Ice Cream or stop by the Trading Post for a snowcone during the day. Take an adventure to explore the State Park or walk to Stump Hole to see the unbelievable scenery! Take out a fishing rod and catch your own dinner or head up to the Seafood market only 1/4 mile away and grab some fresh fish that has already been caught for you. Start your mornings out on the deck with a fresh cup of coffee and hear the waves surround you or finish your evenings with a glass of wine off the master bedroom in the brand new adirondack chairs while watching the kind of sunset that only exists on the Cape! So much to do, you will fall in love with this location and the Cape altogether.

Pleasantly Surprised
My wife and I found this place on the Gulf and had never been to Cape San Blas before, so we booked it with my brother and sister-in-law. Normally, we go to the more popular places on the gulf, so we were hesitant to commit. So glad we did! The condo is only steps from the beach, which made it extremely easy to go back-and-forth without a lot of thought. The beach is only used by a small cluster of neighbors, so it is virtually a private beach. Due to this area is open access to the gulf, the waters aren't as clear and calm as the emerald coast line, but, it was much calmer and clear than anything on the Atlantic. When we first arrived, my wife was really concerned that there where are no restaurants or grocery stores nearby as she was accustomed, but after we figured out the lay of the land and realized everything is a short 15 minutes away, we fell in love with the minimal traffic and privacy of the immediate surroundings. The house itself is a little dated, but the owners have taken lots care and attention to making sure all of the furnishings and decor are new, and that the kitchen is stocked with all the basics anyone could ever need. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch on a couple of our rainy days. Overall, we highly recommend this place as a private getaway. We’ve already booked for 2025!
