This charming, two bedroom, two and a half bath, Gulf-view home is well-appointed throughout with 'beach' colors, artwork, and new furnishings. The lower level has bright bamboo wood flooring. Our kitchen is newly remodeled with beach deco tile and all new appliances .Other recent upgrades include beautiful quartz counter tops in the kitchen and all 3 baths with new Delta fixtures. The entire upstairs and steps have new deep pattern carpet while the downstairs is bamboo hardwood. It looks great! We recently re-surfaced kitchen and bath cabinets and our kitchen is well stocked with everything one could want to prepare great meals. Large capacity Maytag washer and dryer in laundry room. New 40 inch Sony Smart TV in den with Samsung Smart TV's in each bedroom and HD channel lineup. Free WiFi , Bose sound system w/ DVD, and unlimited long distance are included. We also provide 2 bicycles and upgrade beach chairs for our guests. We provide all linens which are upgrade towels,hand towels,washcloths, and deep pockets sheets and pillow cases which are included in the rates.
Relax as you watch the Gulf sunset on the large insect free screened porch with Adirondack chairs, ceiling fan, and picnic table. Enjoy the fantastic gulf view and sounds of the ocean from our private upper deck off the Gulf facing bedroom. It is excellent for star gazing and meteor viewing at night with it's wide panoramic view. We are only 86 steps from the porch to the community boardwalk and beach. A lower ground level deck is located underneath facing the Gulf with porch swing and park type BBQ grille.
Watch the Moon dance off the Gulf from the upper level tropical Master Suite which leads to an open deck with chairs and table. View the sunrise from the bright Guest Bedroom that has a superior view of St. Joseph Bay. Both bedrooms have full baths with Jacuzzi in master bath and Simmons World-Class King Size mattresses for restful sleep.
Enjoy watching the waves in the ocean, fishing in the surf, boating in the Bay, and observing gulls and pelicans flying overhead. We love our place because of the Gulf views and it is close to the 2 convenience stores on the cape and they have EVERYTHING! We are always doing upgrades and are meticulous owners to provide our renters with a great vacation rental.
Why Kids Love It
We provide 2 mountain bikes in our storage shed plus beach toys and a couple of Boogie boards.
The Cape is going 17 miles long and the T.S. Stone Florida State park takes up the last 12 miles. It is a fantastic State Park with a boat ramp and excellent scenery.

About the owner: I am a retired pharmacist, my wife is a banker, and our son is an attorney. We are all UGA grads. We currently reside is Woodstock, GA and our son resides in North Carolina.
Why this property? Our property is conveniently located about 3.5 miles on to the Cape in the Barefoot Trace S/D. Scallop Cove Marathon is about 500 feet from us on cape San Blas Rd. and The Trading Post is about one tenth of a mile going towards the Park. If you run out of something, they have it all. We really keep our place up well with lots of upgrades and great views.
