Bringing a pet or want pool heat? Either can be arranged for additional fees (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). Upon request, Sunnyside Up will consider accommodating more than 2 dogs with no size/weight restrictions. No events are allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.

*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

The Seagrass neighborhood is a very family friendly atmosphere. Sunnyside Up is located on a peaceful cul-de-sac street with minimal traffic. No busy roads to cross. The gated neighborhood is ideal for kids to ride their bicycles. The paved Loggerhead Trail runs parallel to Seagrass neighborhood all the way to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. Convenient biking and walking distance to The Cape Trading Post, an ice cream shop and Weber's Donuts. Families love the spacious grounds to play games. When taking a break from beach fun, kids love Sunnyside Up's pool. The beach is only steps away. Families enjoy soaking up the sun, building sand castles, dolphin watching, shells hunting, skimboarding, boogie boarding, kite flying, beach games etc.
