A travertine marble apron adorns the private gulf-facing heated/cooled pool. There is a full bathroom and kitchenette just off the pool deck facilitating trouble-free entertainment. The grand entry welcomes all guests including those with disabilities. The entry level includes an ADA compliant master suite with direct access to the pool deck, a kitchenette and the elevator leading to all floors. The exclusive dune walk extends from the pool deck to the beach with no steps! This allows unobstructed beach access to a wheelchair or beach cart.
The second level offers a comfortable game space with mini bar and oversized chess board. Two master bedroom suites share access to a large gulf facing deck with sectional seating and a swing bed. There are two bunk rooms on this level with a shared bath and a laundry room.
The top level features a grand master bedroom suite, gourmet kitchen, luxury appliances and a hearth/conversation seating area. The large living room and dining area include direct access to gulf (sunset) seating on the deck. All décor, seating and entertainment features have been thoughtfully coordinated and extensively stocked.
