This unit features new quartz counter tops in the kitchen and half bath, new bedding in both bedrooms. New 65” TV with Roku in the living room. Master bathroom has been freshly updated, painted and features a new double sink vanity and mirrors,

The dining area seats 6 guests and the living room has a queen sized sleeper/sofa. Open the 8" sliding glass door and step out to your private deck with gate, new polywood furniture for relaxing after a day of fun and a gas grill.

Upstairs you will find the 2 bedrooms each with TV and private bathroom. The master bedroom features a King sized bed, newly updated master bathroom with double sink vanity, walk in closet and private deck with new bar height polywood furniture with beautiful view and gulf breezes. The second bedroom features a queen bed, en-suite bathroom and private deck with a view of one of Barrier Dunes many ponds.

Under the home you will find a variety of beach items and beach chairs in the carport storage unit.

Located at the end of Cape San Blas and minutes from the St. Joseph State Park, a 2000 acre park that offers 3 miles of paved bike paths and 8 miles of beaches. A great way to enjoy Mother Nature at her best.

Barrier Dunes is a gated community development located just outside the gates of the State Park. Townhomes and palm trees, sand dunes and sea oats, lakes, boardwalks and beaches all blend to create a peaceful unspoiled environment in which to live and play. Many homes are available for weekend or week-long vacation stays. Some are rented by the month.

The beach is a short 2 minute walk from our home. The beautiful St. Joseph State Park is right next to Barrier Dunes.

Even though the beaches at Cape San Blas are never really crowded, Summer is the busy season, a GREAT time to come visit is in the Fall. There are less people, prices are little lower and the weather is still fantastic.

If the property re-rents a $150 cancellation fee plus any difference in rental revenue will be deducted from your refund amount. If the property does not re-rent all advance payment(s) will be forfeit. We do not refund for inclement weather, nearby construction, or any act(s) of God with the exception of ordered mandatory evacuation nights due to hurricanes.

About the owner: We live in Minnesota and love to travel, especially when winter is its coldest.
We travel to Florida several times a year.

Why this property? We have been visiting Cape San Blas with our family for over 10 years and fell in love with the natural quiet beauty. We purchased this townhouse because we loved the area and Barrier Dunes has a lot to offer, including the 2 pools, walkability, gorgeous landscaping and of course the beautiful white sand beach.

No, Gulf County and the beaches are Leave No Trace. We also ask that you fill any holes you dig on the beach. We care about the sea turtles and other wildlife, so please help us keep this our beaches safe and clean.
