Cape San Blas is a small narrow piece of land that sticks out into the Gulf of Mexico that forms the Pristine St Josephs Bay. We are more laid back and natural than our neighbors to the west. No high rises or commercialization here. It's a very unique beautiful area. Powder white sand beaches on one side and the pristine clear bay on the other. Fishing, boating, scalloping, nature watching & relaxing is what we do here.

Teresa's Beach Homes
Year Purchased: 2016
About the owner: Ron & Sandie live in Kentucky and visited Cape San Blas years ago and fell in love with the area. Sandie loves the beach and well, Ron likes to make his wife happy. They owned another home on the north Cape we rented for them for 10 years. Sandie wanted to look around at other homes and found "her heart" as she describes it and it shows. Not that the home needed it but she is always making improvements - she bought some very nice loungers for the deck this year. Ron loves to tinker with things and is pretty good at it to. This past visit he oiled all the reclaimed wood floors and found a fix for that shutter that always wanted to make noise when the wind blew. They are both very proud homeowners and it really shows! You will love this home as much as they do, come see us!
Why this property? The owners of Tranquil Seclusion fell in love with this home the first time they saw it. Located in a quiet neighborhood and had all the amenities they were looking for in a home. This home was custom built just 2 years prior and has 2 mini wet bars with ice machines, a 2nd living area, screen decks, elevator, private pool and more. It was built by one of the best contractors around, is solid and very nicely finished.

Guestbook comments from the owner:
This home is beautiful. Rarely have we stayed somewhere that was better than the pictures. The kitchen/dining/main living area is very large and open. The kitchen island is at least twice the width of a normal kitchen island and longer than normal as well. The two ice makers were great for beach coolers. We had several unique requests that property manager met. They were very accommodating. Would stay again without any hesitation.
Have always loved the Cape and Tranquil Seclusions made the stay perfect. The pictures in the listings do not do this place justice. Well decorated, very comfortable, beautiful views, love the heated pool and the screened porches. The elevator made it easy to get luggage and food in the house. Thank you Teresa it is always a pleasure to stay in your homes.
The beach house is wonderful and the spacious rooms are very cozy. We went horse riding in the beach and enjoyed the view where you get the sunset/sunrise. Recommend for couples and families to enjoy this getaway.
We stayed here back in September and the house is great. Well stocked kitchen, clean, and nicely decorated.
This was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. This home is so beautiful and well set up. The decorating is perfect and fits the gulf view perfect. The view is fantastic and we especially enjoyed our time sitting by the large pool and taking a welcome swim when we got to warm. The shops and restaurants in the surrounding are are awesome. The pictures do not do this home justice. The minute we walked in we fell in love with it.The elevator makes moving in so easy. Can't wait to make a return trip to the Cape and will definately stay at Tranquil Seclusions and no where else. F & C
