Stealin' Sunshine on the North Cape is a beautiful and spacious beach rental that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The house features three balconies, including a full screened-in porch on the top floor, providing plenty of outdoor living space to enjoy the beautiful views while savoring your morning coffee, relaxing for lunch, or having an evening beverage. The top floor's open concept living and dining area has a large dining table, comfortable seating, and a large flat-screen TV with in-ceiling surround sound, perfect for large family meals or watching your favorite shows. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, quartz counters, a mini refrigerator, and a pantry cabinet, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.
The house has five bedrooms, including two master suites with king beds and private balconies, a third king bedroom with shared full bath, and a fourth bedroom with four XL bunk beds, sharing a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The ground floor features a fifth bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom in the hall. The house also has a laundry facility and elevator access to all three levels.
Outside, the house features a private pool, which can be heated for an additional fee, and a storage closet stocked with beach chairs, beach carts, a cooler, beach towels, and a beach umbrella, making it easy to enjoy the white sugar sand beaches. Other amenities include parking for up to four cars, an outdoor shower, a charcoal grill, and electronic lock access to the house.

Bringing a pet or in need of pool heat? Both can be arranged for an extra fee. Kindly inquire about size and number limits for pets. Events exceeding the house occupancy or requiring a chaperone are not allowed. We strictly enforce a minimum age limit for renters.
Elevators are provided at no extra cost and are available for use throughout your stay. Please be mindful that due to the delicate nature of residential elevators, breakdowns may occur. If any issues arise during your stay, we will address them promptly. However, our remote beach location may cause delays, and this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

Nice quiet beach, house looks brand new. Kitchen has everything you want or need, the beverage refrigerator was a plus. Beds are comfortable, shower pressure is great. Screened in porch was used a lot. Loved having our own pool. Enjoyed making a fire and s'mores on beach. People are friendly, local bars/restaurants are small but good. We went horseback riding on the beach and rented a boat for a day. The house has lots of beach stuff, maybe bring a wagon.

My family had one of our very best Vacations at Stealin Sunshine.We usually come down in the fall but this year we vacationed in August. The house was such a perfect fit for us. Our adult children each had their own bedrooms and the bathrooms are perfectly located. The floor plan is so well thought out. We all enjoyed the pool and used it every day. The elevator was very helpful. The house has wonderful views of the ocean. It is also located within walking distance of Longbill's restaurant where we had some really good meals.If we wanted to cook the house had everything we needed to prepare a meal. All of the little details were thought of by a host who obviously wants his guests to feel at home while they have the best vacation. We can't wait to book our next vacation at Stealin Sunshine!

This is not just a "house". It really is a place that you will feel like it is your home. We played games that the owners had available. Catan was our favorite. We have 5 children. 3 of them and their spouses stayed in this home with us. We had plenty of room and privacy. You can see the ocean from every window on the top floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need... Instant Pot, Keurig, Coffee Maker, Vitamix blender(or something similar), plenty of silverware, plates, pots, pans, etc... Also, The washer and dryer are commercial grade. Other pluses for us was the charcoal grill, pool, walk to the beach, and the privacy of this beach. We literally had maybe two families to the left and right of us. This particular location has shallow water and then you shortly reach an ankle/midcalf sandbar. Clear water (not like 30A) but clear enough that you can see your feet and the silly fish that like to nibble on them. I have absolutely no negative comments for Stealin' Sunshine. The only comment I have is regarding the stairs to the beach. Be prepared to bring your cooler, small kids, elderly parents down about 10 steps. OH!! And don't rent a golf cart to drive on the beach! We did. But there is no access to the beach without getting on the road where you will get a ticket. And did I mention that Dan is AMAZING to work with!

Stealin' Sunshine is the perfect home for a friends or family vacation. We had 4 couples. Each couple had their own room with a king size bed and bathroom. The rooms are spread out nicely for privacy. The kitchen and den area were open and spacious. The view from the house is awesome! The wine/beverage cooler is a very nice addition. This may not be a good choice for an elderly person that has trouble with stairs. The house does come with an elevator, but the walk from the beach back to the house could be a struggle. The sand dunes have been built back up in the last few months, so the walk to the boardwalk is straight up and then there are 2 flights of stairs. Dan is an amazing host and responded very quickly to our calls. We will definitely stay here again!

Beaches were beautiful, weather was great, beach house accommodations were great. The kitchen well stocked. Our favorite spot were the 2 porches with the comfortable furnishings and the view of the ocean. Highly recommend Stealin' Sunshine. The owners are very nice and made it easy from the beginning of reserving the house to the end...and of course the the kids enjoyed the private pool. We will be back!!!

Great experience at Stealin' Sunshine - hosts with the mosts! So accommodating and easy to work with. App was great so everyone in our group knew what to expect. Paid to heat the pool and it was actually warm enough for our kids to swim in cold weather! Every kitchen appliance you could ever imagine is there. Elevator was fantastic to bring all our stuff easily in and out at the beginning and end of the trip. Beach towels offered weren't quite beach towels but usually houses give you nothing so we can't complain! We will definitely be back - our whole group loved the house and the location - close to the state park is a big plus for us! Easy walk to the beach too and sunsets from the decks.

This was an amazing family vacation! Everything was seamless from entry to the house, use of all the accessories in the house/outside. The area was just pure peace and tranquility. The pace of the cape is very slow and very quiet. The beach was absolutely beautiful, soft, clean, and amazing for sea shells. We will definitely be back to steal more of the sunshine! Daniel also was extremely easy to work with and communicate with.

This was our first time staying on the Cape and we enjoyed it so much we want to make it an annual getaway. Stealin Sunshine property is perfectly located toward the top of the cape near the entrance of the state park and within walking distance of two good restaurants and oh yeah, about 2 mins from the beach!The house is newly constructed and in great shape. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and an elevator which is huge since the main living area is on the 3rd floor. And off that living area is a great screened in porch with water views that we used every morning, afternoon and night (for fantastic sunsets!). They have everything you need in the kitchen (coffee maker, pots, pans, etc.) and also a ton of beach stuff. We only used the beach chairs but there were a ton of stuff like umbrellas, beach toys, cooler, etc. that is available to use.We stayed for the month of January and while the weather was colder, the heated pool was perfect and easy to operate.Overall we loved the experience and hope to be a regular.

This 4 kind bedroom and 1 bunk room home was lovely and well stocked. Daniel the booking agent was very responsive to our questions. There were great beach toys and chairs and floats for the pool. The elevator is being worked on but should be functioning very soon. Cape San Blas is a quiet and wonderful beach. The ice cream shop not far away is wonderful and there are pickle ball courts and a small playscape within quick driving distance. The sunsets from the house and especially from the beach are spectacular.

The house was perfect! The kitchen on the top floor was genius! Loved the kitchen table and the table on the porch for playing games at night and plenty of places to eat. The elevator was a must. The location was close enough to the beach and the pool was heaven. All the rooms were very clean and the bathroom were great. The kitchen was stocked by somebody that knew what they were doing. We will be booking this house again, one day!

This home is like new. Every room is a great size. Beautiful kitchen with EVERYTHING you might want or need to use. Very well equipped. Extremely clean. Perfect screened in deck with large lounge couch that we used all of the time. Great views of the ocean. The pool is a perfect size for lounging in and plenty of room to sit around it. The beach is a minute walking distance. Wonderful experience there. Very relaxing, quiet area. I usually rent a property in Florida in different areas each year but am thinking to rent this one again.

We are currently staying at Stealin Sunshine for the month of February. I always bring my own sheets and quilts while traveling but didn’t have to change them out because the sheets and bedding here are so luxurious and comfortable!! The finishes of the home are high end and all of the appliances are high end as well! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. I am also very impressed with the quality of the outdoor and indoor furniture. It certainly doesn’t feel like a rental but more like staying in a HOME!! Dan is very punctual to answer any questions and is an awesome host!!!!
