About the owner: My husband (Matt) and I both grew up in the same small town in southern Minnesota. I sell Real Estate in MN/WI and FL and Matt is in Architectural Design. We chose Cape Coral because we love it's location; close to airports, beaches, a great downtown and still a working community.
Why this property? It is our winter home and we absolutely love everything about it; location, layout, lanai and pool. The golf course offers an amazing view and the quiet neighborhood is one I never want to leave.

The Golf Course Getaway home was located in a residential neighborhood on a local public golf course. The home was clean and freshly updated with a lot of room to spread out. Our favorite part of the home was the lanai and pool area. This area had comfortable seating and a large pool. The view of the golf course was terrific. We enjoyed our stay here!

Great location overlooking the golf course! Very comfortable house with plenty of room. The lanai area with the pool was a good place to enjoy watching the golfers go by and just relax. We will definitely be back!!

We stayed in this home for a month while we searched for our permanent home in Florida. It is spacious, clean and located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool and the golf view very much. The owner was very responsive to our questions. This house had everything we need to feel at home.
