About the owner: My husband (Matt) and I both grew up in the same small town in southern Minnesota. I sell Real Estate in MN and Matt is in Architectural Design. We chose Cape Coral because we love it's location; close to airports, beaches, a great downtown and still a working community.
Why this property? It is our winter home and we absolutely love everything about it; location, layout, lanai and pool. The golf course offers an amazing view and the quiet neighborhood is one I never want to leave.

We stayed in this home for a month while we searched for our permanent home in Florida. It is spacious, clean and located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool and the golf view very much. The owner was very responsive to our questions. This house had everything we need to feel at home.
