LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!! As soon as you open the front door to the vacation home "Casa Royal Palms" you will feel at home. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This open concept vacation home has 3 bedrooms (3 queens and 1 king) 2 bathrooms, A/C, wifi, newer washer and dryer, smart Tv's in every room for you to use all your favorite apps, plenty of towels, beach towels, linens and hairdryer in each bathroom, the garage stores cooler and 4 bikes to use, well equipped kitchen ( air fryer, istapot, crock pot, griddle, pots and pans) w/ coffee and tea bar, large sliding glass doors lead to the screened lanai with plenty of seating for the whole family, salt water heated pool with floats to use, gas grill, and your very own basketball court in the fenced in back yard. We have two ring cameras at the door and in front of the garage. Everything in the house, the pool area and garage is there for you to use. The home is newly painted, furnished and decorated and offers everything you could wish for for a perfect vacation.

Casa Royal Palms is located in the Pelican residential area, dining options include hip bistros and laid back seafood spots offering tropical cocktails and water views. Close to the gorgeous Tarpon point Marina, Cape Harbor, Cape Coral Yacht Club, each of these marinas has its own variety of entertainment worth going to. 5 miles to Rotary Park which has nature trails and dog park. Only 15 miles from Fort Myers RSW airport, 7 miles to Cape Coral Beach which has a board walk and sometimes you can catch the dolphins playing, 18 miles to Fort Myers Beach which has its own little town with shopping and eating if you can get off the white sand beach, 23 miles to Sanibel. 6 miles is the amazing Sun Splash Family Water Park is a MUST activity. Within a few minutes drive to Fort Myers for countless activities.

Payment Policy - 50% due upon booking, remaining 50% due 60 days prior to arrival date. Personal check or cashiers check preferred. Venmo available if renter agrees to pay service fee.
Refundable Damage Deposit - $500 refundable security deposit.
**Security deposits are due 60 days prior to arrival.
Contracts/Agreements - We will provide our rental agreement when you request booking with us.

About the owner: My husband Damian and I love Florida and want to move permanently in the next ten years. So we bought this house to rent out in the mean time.
Why this property? Location was the biggest part in buying this property. Its close to so many fun things to do and good restaurants. Another reason was the house feels like home and feels like vacation. From pulling up to the house with all the palms to the black lagoon pool you feel like you are on vacation.

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Royal Palms over Thanksgiving this year. The property was absolutely perfect for my family of 5, and our small dog. My 3 daughters used the pool everyday, and we enjoyed the properties many amenities. The kitchen was well stocked, and I had everything I needed to make Thanksgiving dinner for my family. The location couldn't be better. The neighborhood was quiet, felt safe, and easy access to all that Cape Coral/Fort Myers has to offer. Jaime was attentive and offered suggestions on activities in the area for our family vacation. I would absolutely recommend Casa Royal Palms to to anyone visiting the area. 5 stars for sure.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a vacation rental in Cape Coral, Florida, and I must say, it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! I cannot recommend this property enough for anyone looking to have a memorable and relaxing getaway.The vacation rental itself was a true gem. From the moment I arrived at the property. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and appliances needed to prepare meals, and the living areas were cozy and inviting. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained.One of the highlights of the vacation rental was the outdoor space. The property had a stunning pool and patio area, complete with comfortable loungers and a dining area. I spent countless hours relaxing by the pool, soaking up the Florida sunshine, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge.The location of the vacation rental was also ideal. Cape Coral is a beautiful city with plenty to offer. Casa Royal Palms has it all! We felt we won the lottery from the moment we opened the front door and tropical scents filled the air. The kitchen is loaded with everything you need as if it were your own home to cook/grill and enjoy meals. The bedrooms are peaceful and cozy where we all enjoyed a good night's rest or a mid day siesta. They had everything you can imagine to go to the beach: chairs, cooler, cart, sand toys, beach cruisers, towels, etc. The pool and outdoor living area was where we spent majority of our time to just all hangout, swim, grill, play games, watch movies in the pool, and enjoy quality time together. The house allowed plenty of space for everyone to enjoy meals together or sneak away for nap or quiet time as well. It was the perfect clean and spacious vacation home for our family. The host was extremely responsive and helpful with everything we needed. We can't imagine staying anywhere else.

Our family of 8 had such a great time this past week at Casa Royal Palms! The host was great, very attentive and had suggestions on local eating places and activities as well as being available to answer any questions we had during our stay. The house was set up very nice which made our stay even more enjoyable! From kitchen items, to pool, to beach - we had everything we needed to truly enjoy our stay. The outdoor patio and pool area was where we spent a lot of our time, also with a great setup for comfort and relaxation! Thank you for being such a great host and sharing your home with our family!

We just returned from a week stay with our kids ages 6, 8 and 10. The home was beautifully decorated and updated! Made our stay so enjoyable. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need which allowed us to save some money and eat a few meals in with the kids. The bedrooms are spacious and so cute! The pool area is amazing, especially at night-SO beautiful. My kids loved the lights in the pool and watched movies on the outdoor TV while swimming every night! The adults loved the seating area and the outdoor lighting/ambiance. There are huge doors that open up to the pool area that made it so accommodating to hang by the pool with the kids and watch TV/movies on the outdoor TV. Owners were beyond accommodating, answering any and all questions promptly, even going out of their way to find us recommendations and were so flexible on check in and check out times based on who was checking out before us and checking out after us, allowed us to enjoy our travel days so much more!!! Not enough great things to say about this property!!

Our stay at Casa Royal Palms was great! We stayed for a few weeks in Jan 2022. It was comfortable, clean, smelled good & there were nice touches of comfort. There’s a nice private backyard with a beautiful perfect sized pool where you can watch a big screen TVs & great patio area with plenty of seating. Thr neighborhood was quiet & great for walks, as well, super close to a lot of great places. There’s even an owl sanctuary in the neighborhood - so cute! The owners were great & super easy to work with. We will definitely recommend & be back! Thank you!
