The villa is just northwest of Cape Coral and has a very beautiful position. Here there is no direct neighborhood and you look around in the nature and on the canal. If you are looking for a lot of silence, but still don't want to be alone, then this villa is the right thing for you. Here, relaxation is guaranteed.
This villa offers maximum space for up to 4 adults and a minimum overnight stay of 14 nights.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and the guest bedroom with a queen-size bed. Each of the 2 bedrooms has its own television.
Both bathrooms are modernly equipped. The master bathroom with 2 washbasins, walk-in shower, bathtub and toilet, the guest bathroom with shower/bathtub, washbasin and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances including Nespresso machine. Here you have the possibility to have a quick breakfast at the kitchen bar. The dining area borders directly on the kitchen, everything is friendly arranged.
The bright and comfortably furnished living area has a comfortable seating area, here you can spend especially nice TV evenings in front of the large flat screen with family or friends. There is a WLAN high speed internet access available in the whole house area, also a Bose sound system. Through the large sliding door in the living room you can directly access the roofed terrace area. Here you will enjoy the juicy steak from the WEBER BBQ gas grill.
Enjoy the hours of sunshine at the heated pool on the sun beds provided for you. The pool is facing south and you are invited to take a refreshing bath.
Cape Coral is a waterway dream.

The house was right out of House beautiful. The pool area was great. The bed was very comfortable. We were very impressed with the service when we needed some things taken care of. They were very friendly and easy to deal with. Would love to go back next year.

Nicely maintained and decorated. Loved the pool area but the heated pool for the 22 days cost an additional $400+ in utilities. The beds were high and very soft to us. The sofas were soft also and hard to get out of. The kitchen was nice but the dishwasher had a foul order so I didn’t use it.

You did not pay $400 for heating the pool for the three weeks. you paid a total of $400 for electricity usage. this winter is the coldest winter we have had in 10 years. some of the nights were 40-45 degrees Fahrenheit. during this time you were heating the house for sure with the electricity, at the same time you were trying to get the pool to a temperature that would make bathing possible. the usual electricity cost is about 50$. We came 2x to check dishwash you could not show us smell at all.

Very nice, clean, and comfortable. Heated pool was great. Most rentals we've stayed at provided pool toys (floats, tubes, etc), but there were none so had to buy our own. Property management was responsive to a few minor issues with kitchen appliances. The location is a little distant from nicer dining places so we chose to cook many of our meals and found that there was no electric hand mixer which would have been nice to have. Otherwise, the kitchen was well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting there again!
