Architectural waterfront villa with Scandinavian design, private pool, and tranquil nature setting in Cape Coral
Happy Cape 69 is a design-focused villa that combines contemporary architecture with refined Scandinavian aesthetics and a uniquely serene waterfront setting. Completed in 2024 and located directly on the canal “Alligator Slough” next to a protected nature preserve, the villa offers a rare balance of modern living and natural surroundings.
With approximately 2,000 sq ft of living space, the villa accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the two additional bedrooms each offer a queen-size bed.
The interior is defined by clean lines, soft tones, and large windows that create a bright and calming atmosphere throughout. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area flows seamlessly and combines functionality with a modern, understated design. A distinctive feature of the villa is the dedicated art corner with painting materials, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy creative moments during their stay.
The master bathroom is designed with a spacious layout and features a walk-through shower accessible from both sides, a bathtub, and a calm, spa-like ambiance.
The outdoor area is designed for relaxed Florida living. The private, electrically heated saltwater pool is complemented by a generous sun deck and an outdoor kitchen, ideal for shared meals and evenings outside. Surrounded by tropical greenery and overlooking the canal, the setting offers privacy and a strong connection to nature.
For guests who enjoy outdoor activities, kayaks and fishing equipment are available to explore the canal and nearby waterways. Additional amenities such as table tennis, a basketball hoop, and tennis equipment provide further recreational options. A nearby golf course adds to the appeal.
A two-car garage is available for your convenience.

The surrounding area combines quiet residential neighborhoods with convenient access to everything you need during your stay. Grocery stores, restaurants, and daily essentials are all within a short drive.
Cape Coral is especially popular for its waterfront lifestyle, offering easy access to the Gulf of Mexico, nearby beaches such as Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva Island, as well as parks, golf courses, and nature preserves.
The location also provides great opportunities for day trips, including Naples, Tampa, Orlando, and the Everglades.
Cape Coral offers a wide variety of dining options, from casual waterfront restaurants to more upscale experiences.
Popular local favorites include waterfront dining spots at Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point, where you can enjoy fresh seafood and sunset views. Downtown Cape Coral (SE 47th Terrace) is another great area with a mix of restaurants, bars, and casual dining options.
You will also find a variety of international cuisine, steakhouses, and relaxed cafés throughout the area, making it easy to find something for every taste.
For a more local experience, consider renting a boat to explore the waterways and nearby islands. It’s one of the best ways to experience Cape Coral.
Early mornings and sunsets are the perfect times to enjoy the water, whether from your villa or out on a boat. With a bit of luck, you may spot dolphins or manatees in the canals.
For beaches, Sanibel and Captiva Island are well known for their natural beauty and shelling, while Fort Myers Beach offers a more lively atmosphere.
If you enjoy a quieter setting, explore local parks, nature trails, or take a short drive to Matlacha, a small, colorful fishing village known for its art galleries and seafood restaurants.

It was spectacular!
The house was right out of House beautiful. The pool area was great. The bed was very comfortable. We were very impressed with the service when we needed some things taken care of. They were very friendly and easy to deal with. Would love to go back next year.

Nicely maintained and decorated. Loved the pool area but the heated pool for the 22 days cost an additional $400+ in utilities. The beds were high and very soft to us. The sofas were soft also and hard to get out of. The kitchen was nice but the dishwasher had a foul order so I didn’t use it.

"You did not pay $400 for heating the pool for the three weeks. you paid a total of $400 for electricity usage. this winter is the coldest winter we have had in 10 years. some of the nights were 40-45 degrees Fahrenheit. during this time you were heating the house for sure with the electricity, at the same time you were trying to get the pool to a temperature that would make bathing possible. the usual electricity cost is about 50$. We came 2x to check dishwash you could not show us smell at all."
Happy Cape 34 review
Very nice, clean, and comfortable. Heated pool was great. Most rentals we've stayed at provided pool toys (floats, tubes, etc), but there were none so had to buy our own. Property management was responsive to a few minor issues with kitchen appliances. The location is a little distant from nicer dining places so we chose to cook many of our meals and found that there was no electric hand mixer which would have been nice to have. Otherwise, the kitchen was well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting there again!
