The villa is located in a popular residential area in the southwest of Cape Coral. Restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, and recreational activities are all within easy driving distance. Excursions to Cape Harbor, Tarpon Point, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, or Captiva can also be easily planned from here. Those looking to experience Cape Coral will enjoy peaceful accommodations here with easy access to many of the region’s highlights.

The open living and dining area invites you to settle in and feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. This includes, among other things, a refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser, a drip coffee maker, a Keurig coffee maker, a kettle, and a blender. Whether it’s breakfast, a quick snack, or a night of cooking together—everything is ready for your vacation.

The villa offers comfortable sleeping accommodations and is ideal for families or groups. The spacious master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and a smart TV and offers direct access to the pool area. The private master bathroom features a large walk-in shower, two sinks, and a separate toilet with its own door.

The second guest room is equipped with two single beds and is ideal for children, friends, or additional family members. Both guest rooms share a bathroom with a sink, shower/bathtub, and toilet. Especially convenient: This bathroom is accessible both from the guest rooms via a separate entrance and directly from the pool area.

Additionally, a private office with a sofa bed is available. This room is perfect for guests who need a quiet workspace even while on vacation, or as a flexible extra sleeping option.

The villa is also well-equipped for beach days: Coolers and beach towels are available for trips to the beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, or Captiva.

Additional entertainment is also provided: the usable garage features a ping-pong table, a dartboard, and a basketball hoop. Thus, the villa offers not only relaxation but also a variety of activities right on the property—perfect for families, children, and anyone looking for some exercise or fun in between.
