Perfect vacation home

As soon as I walked in the front door, I knew it was perfect for us. Beautiful. The home has everything you need for cooking, relaxing, entertainment, and everyday living. The layout of the house is well designed for family/friends -- bedrooms on opposite side from primary suite, in addition to the second family room for those wanting stay up late or just extra space to hang out. Outdoor space was perfect - play, dining, and relaxing. Started our days with the best outdoor spot for morning coffee - sunrise & peaceful. Ended our days with an adult beverage and relaxation in the hot tub. Lots of stores & restaurants close to home. As for outings, we had a day-date in Naples (less than 1 hour) - lunch & shopping on 5th Ave & Mercato, and beach time; Plus Fort Myers dinner, shopping, & sunset. Lovely home. Highly recommend. Definitely coming back.

Better than expected!!!

We have rented numerous homes, coming down to Fort Myers for Baseball tournaments and this house blew us away! Before we even left, we decided to rent this house next year. It was perfect! Kitchen fully stocked. Beds were comfy and when the kids took breaks from the pool, the wii had them entertained. (Which was a huge bonus). The owners and management answered questions easily and quickly. Can’t wait to spend another week there next year.

Very Nice Property

We will definitely book this vacation home again. The home is situated in a very nice, quiet, safe Cape neighborhood and very close to anything you could possibly need. The home is beautiful, the view off the front of the house is incredible, it’s well kept and is great for multiple families, lots of room and privacy throughout. Very Beautiful Home.

This is our 5th stay at this beautiful home. We love the location of the house close to everything you need. The house is well kept and beautifully decorated. Has plenty of room for families or friends to stay. We love to fish off the dock or just stroll down the canal in the kayaks. They also have bikes to go take a stroll in the community. We love just sitting on the back pourch while the kids swim in the pool. I don’t think you would find any better home to stay at while you are visiting Florida.

WOW--What a place to spoil yourself!

This beautiful home is filled with your every need and more. Perfectly located just off Del Prado between Cape Coral bridge and Veterans Memorial Bridge, you have access to grocery stores, shopping and entertainment. Besides the home is on the waterway with easy access to the river. Renting a boat is easy and gives you another wonderful experience of boating in Florida--to the many islands as well as Fort Myer Beach-Sanibel-Captiva and beyond. Eat at home with the fully equipped kitchen or visit one of many excellent restaurants! Come home to a soak in the hot tub while the kids swim in the pool to their hearts content. The quiet neighborhood is a plus when you want to relax. Excellent area for a morning or evening walk, especially until you get used to the warm weather. You will LOVE it, we did!

Amazing Rental!

Location was perfect and only an hour away from beautiful Marco Island where we spent one of our days on the beach. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay

Our visit was for work purposes therefore we didn't get to take advantage of the pool or hot tub but this home was the perfect setup for multiple workstations. It was difficult to focus on work with the breathtaking sunsets.The kitchen had every cooking utensil anyone could need to cook a perfect meal, the kayaks in the garage were hard to resist and the Master Bath/Shower were amazing.The hostess, Emily, was extremely helpful when booking.

Amazing Vacation Home

This home was an absolute dream home! Plenty enough space for our family of 10, everyone felt right at home. The location of the home was absolutely perfect; beautiful and quiet neighborhood, canal access with a short ride to the main waterway. We spent a lot of time out boating and fishing; at night grilling and enjoying the pool while watching the sunset. The home was furnished beautifully and well equipped with everything we needed. The owners, property manager and cleaning staff were so friendly and a delight to work with! My family and I have been coming to Cape Coral for several years now and this by far was one for the memory books!! We highly recommend this home and will definitely be returning!! Amazing Vacation Home

We had a wonderful time the week we stayed. We felt right at home here. The view over the canal every morning was breath taking. Pool area is where we spent most of our time. Plenty of room for our family of 6 and our golden retriever. Master bedroom is huge and closet area and bathroom was very nice. We felt like we got a great bargain for a beautiful home. Will be back.

Perfect vacation home!

This home exceeded our expectations! We are a family of four with two adult children. They had space they needed for privacy as well as space to come together as a family. The home was immaculate. There was just about everything we needed for cooking and storage in the kitchen. Neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed walks and seeing wildlife. There seemed to be owls everywhere. Mornings included peaceful sunrises sitting at the pool. Check-in and check-out were smooth and working with the owner was very easy as well. I would recommend checking out Ford's Garage for dinner. It was a perfect stay.

Mother's Day Retreat was a huge hit!

Sunny Daze Villa in Cape Coral was a fantastic retreat destination for our special family gathering. The property is stunning, in mint condition, and very spacious and fully furnished. We enjoyed the pool --plus the pool deck is large and great for families with little ones. We appreciated the zone thermostats, how comfortable the bedrooms/bathroom layouts were, and overall, it's just a fantastic home. We also enjoyed family walks in the neighborhood, everyone very friendly and very low traffic. We've stayed other places near by, but this one is a jewel. We plan to return, 100%.

Fabulous!

This rental was absolutely lovely! My family and I had such a great time here. Wonderful location, tucked away on a safe residential street, yet close to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Island. We caught many beautiful sunrises over the pool. The house was clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

Awesome vacation

We had a great stay at Sunny Daze. The house was just lovely. The home was very clean and well stocked with anything you might need or desire. The beds were very comfortable with lots of good pillows. The pool was heated with a water temperature in the 80s all through the use of solar so we never needed to use any propane whatsoever. The pool area gets lots of sun in the mornings and after noon and has very comfortable outdoor furniture. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighboring properties were very quite. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking and we plan to come back.

Loved this house!

The house was amazing and even better than we expected. There was plenty of room for our family of 10 to have our own space (6 adults and kids ages 10, 13, 14, 14). We spent most of our days and evenings outside in the pool and watching movies on the patio. Loved the area outside of the lanai to sit and enjoy the views. The house was very clean upon arrival and we had everything we needed to cook/grill in the stocked kitchen. The owners were extremely responsive and would love to rent again!

Perfect Vacation Stay!

You will not be disappointed with your stay at Sunny Daze! This rental spot is versatile. It offers a peaceful gateway if you wish to unplug from everything but the location is perfect if you want to venture out. Our days were filled with fishing, dolphin watching, shark tooth hunting, boating trips, downtown tours and more. There are many places to dine out at. This house has everything you need. Nothing beats being poolside watching the sunrise with some coffee. We enjoyed our stay here and know you will too!

Perfection, just like I'd hoped!

I found Sunny Daze online about 6 months ago and have been dreaming about a stay here ever since. It's truly as breathtaking as the photos - that long canal view and the morning sunrises cannot be beat! Perfect to sit out on the lanai with your fresh coffee and watch that glorious FL sun rise over the distant palms! It was just my hubby and I on this trip but we would rent again in a heartbeat with our grown sons coming along next time. The home is large and very well laid out. The kitchen has everything you need. We enjoyed the kayaks one morning and relaxing around the pool. Awesome Time

Great location, beautiful / spacious home, and easy access to everything in the area. Boat Rental (at owners suggestion) was key - we were able to see all the beaches and more remote islands without dealing with any traffic. Pool and spa are both very nice and stayed perfect temp for duration of stay. One evening 3 dolphins came down to end of canal where the house is to feed and gave us all a 15 minute show we will never forget....was amazing. Thanks again and we'll be back!

Great Stay

Beautiful, well kept home with a solar heated pool. We enjoyed this large home located close to restaurants, supermarkets, beaches etc. The neighborhood is safe and very friendly.The home has loads of beach and pool gear, and it has the best equipped kitchen we have seen in years.Definitely recommend it and will stay again.

Beautiful! Clean and Perfect for a Large or Multiple Families

We will definitely be rebooking this home!. It’s a newer home,very well maintained, clean, the owners were incredibly easy to work with and it’s located in a safe, beautiful neighborhood which made for great morning walks and bike rides. We boated daily and used the pool and hot tub at night. This house has a great setting that would be ideal for two families, almost like two homes in one. Just close a pocket door and you have your own side of the house. Centrally located with tons to do around the area. This was certainly far more affordable/ conventional than renting a hotel room.

Love, Love, LOVE Sunny Daze!

We planned our 5th Annual Sisters "Sixters" weekend at Sunny Daze and we could not have been more pleased. We had booked "pre Covid" and one of our six sisters husband was diagnosed with a terminal illness. Emily gave us grace as we needed a little extra time to confirm our commitment to the stay. We appreciated her accommodating our situation, Covid and Illness. When we arrived the home was in top shape, it smelled freshly cleaned and upon inspection there were no complaints. And out of the six of us, we are all clean freaks. We enjoyed the pool, spa and lanai tremendously, that is where we spent the majority of our time. The pool and spa were clean and not over chlorinated, it was so enjoyable. The layout of the Lanai was perfect, we really liked the multiple seating options and used each area throughout our time. The kitchen was phenomenal, stocked appropriately, we cooked several meals as we ended up not going out in light of the CV-19. The layout of the home was perfect for us, we liked the space overall, the bedrooms/bathrooms were spacious, comfortable, and accommodating. The home decor is tastefully done and very comfortable. Most mornings two of us woke early and took the two kayaks out to watch the sunrise, spectacular! We did see a dolphin, and a manatee made its way into the canal and was eating near our boat dock. We also walked the neighborhood several days and we loved how friendly and walkable the neighborhood was. The six sisters recommend this home without reservation. We actually discussed returning in the future "post CV-19" when we can explore and experience all that Cape Coral and the surrounding area has to offer. Amazing Vacation Home

We shared the beautiful Sunny Daze home with a couple of families. Absolutely loved every minute! The house comes with everything you could ever need. Everyone enjoyed using the 2 kayaks in the canal and we swam in the pool ever day. Even saw manatees off the deck a couple of mornings. Sunny Daze Villa

My family of 8 stayed at the Villa in July. It was a beautiful home inside and out. The home was furnished so nicely and kitchen stocked with everything you may want to make your stay very comfortable. Beds were comfy with nice bedding. The outdoor view was so beautiful. The pool was very nice and the hot tub inviting. The 2 Kayaks were nice to have to paddle up the canal. It was a very wide canal so that made it nice. You cannot go wrong with this house. Time to relax in Luxury.

We had an amazing time again this Feb. at Sunny Daze. The weather was wonderful and this location makes it so simple to get groceries, go shopping, or visit the local restaurants. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful for being so close to a main road. We found that we "stayed put" more, this time, as it was such a blessing to enjoy this house, pool, hot tub and all the space and amenities. We even saw manatee and dolphin in the canal. So close to the river that boating is wonderful with an extra wide canal. Hope to be able to come again. Highly recommend it!

Best home rental ever

We arrived to a beautiful, clean, and amazing home. We vacationed with our adult children and our doggies and we’re happy to have found a place that allows pets. You couldn’t tell that there were ever any other pets in the place. The master shower was huge and the double shower heads were wonderful. We never used the outdoor shower but it looked amazing as well. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need including pans to bake a birthday cake. We stayed in mostly due to covid but we had so much space and such an amazing outdoor pool area it was like a resort minus the chef. We rented a boat from Cape Coral Boat Charters which I also highly recommend and spent half a day at Sanibel Island and Picnic Island enjoying the sun and sand and shelling. We had dolphins in the canal as well. My husband fished off the dock and caught plenty of large fish on shrimp, can’t say what they were but they were big. There’s a banana tree and a mango tree dropping fruit right outside the pool. The furniture was super nice and everything was decorated wonderfully. The table was large enough for us all but we found ourselves eating outside on the lanai since the outdoor ceiling fans kept is comfortable and not too hot. We cooked big breakfasts every morning together and the kitchen was large enough no one was on top of each other. There were pool floats and squirt guns and many outdoor games as well. We had big thunderstorms late each afternoon and evening and loved sitting outside watching them come in. It was the nicest vacation rental we’ve been fortunate enough to find and can’t wait to come back. The owner was easily reachable and helped us decide what to pack and bring and having the beds made and the towels already there was really a nice touch and saved space packing. Emily also refunded our deposit very promptly and had it in the mail to us within 10 days. It was a perfect home for a large family or two to have private space and community space as well. Can’t wait to return in the fall!!

Beautiful and Relaxing Clean Home

Our family loved our stay at Sunny Daze Villa. It was so relaxing and enjoyable. Emily was so kind and easy to work with. The house exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and all the amenities made it feel like home and have been taken care of. The pool and lanai area is absolutely beautiful and sparkly clean. We also loved the location of the house being in a quiet neighborhood and within 10 minutes or less to anything restaurants, stores, grocery stores, etc... The bar has been set high for future vacations that we take. Our family looks forward to vacationing here again and will recommend this rental to our friends and family who come to Florida.

Beautiful Paradise!

We had never rented a vacation house before but if this what I will get, than I would do this every day of the week. I have never seen such a beautiful house. We were 7 adults and 1 child and we could barely find each other. Plenty of room, all of the items you could ever want, excellent location and an extremely quiet street. We live in a small town in NH and this rental was more quieter than that. My adult children were extremely impressed and ready to rebook again. From the moment we got there, till the moment we left, we felt as if we found "Paradise." Emily made it extremely easy to rent and was there with any question I had. Bob the Manager was very informative and extremely pleasent. THE BEST VACATION EVER!!!`

Relaxing

The area is very nice and plenty of space so you are not on top of each other. House is gorgeous and set up with all your needs. I would of given 5 stars if it hadn’t been for the difficulty of kayaks hard to get in and out. Other than that it was wonderful and very clean. A quiet area for relaxing but short drive if you want the beach and sand. Would love to stay again in the future. Owners very nice to work with and they have a place that is beautiful to vacation at.

Beautiful Home

We had the pleasure of renting this beautiful home over the week of spring break. The home is new and modern and every room in the house is spacious and nicely decorated. The large pool and hot tub were used everyday with our family, and we did some fishing off the dock too. We rented a boat for the week and was able to keep it at the house which was very convenient. With direct gulf access we were able to go anywhere we wanted. We will defiantly be back to rent this home again. A big thank you to the owners for sharing this home with our family.

Perfect Family Spring Break House :)

This was the perfect spring break house for our family! Absolutely beautiful home, gorgeous pool & hot tub, on the end of a canal with kayaks, and bikes too! Close to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. A great layout for multiply families, with room for everyone, yet places to get away and have some down/quiet time. The kitchen was spacious and very well stocked! The bathrooms were equally as nice. The entire house looked like we were the first to stay here. We even had manatee's playing off the dock one day! My entire family would be happy to go back again!!

Beautiful Home

This was my first time in Flordia and I couldn't have stayed at a better place!! When we arrived at the home it was more than what I expected not only was the house super clean and very spacious the views were breathtaking being right on the canal. The house was fully stocked with dishes and linens which made our stay enjoyable so we could enjoy a wonderful meal together. The neighborhood is very peaceful but yet super close to downtown. Sunny Daze

Beautiful property on canal that offers so many enjoyable adventures. Starting with how clean the house was when we walked into the living room, to the welcoming view as we stood at the front door looking out to the canal. We were so close to so many beaches, tourist traps, night life and great restaurants. It was a great ladies getaway for us. The pool and hot tube were a nice bonus to sit around on the cool nights and a time to enjoy the sun poolside.The wildlife was spectacular! We saw manatee in the canal and were able to have the opportunity to take kayaks out to enjoy the Florida sun. We had plenty of room to spread out, to have our own space, yet we were able to enjoy and bond with each other while cooking lunch/dinner in a big kitchen.I highly recommend Sunny Daze to anyone! I enjoyed my stay and want to go back in the future.

Fantastic house!

Our stay at Sunny Daze was just perfect! Booking the home and working with the owner was very easy, communication was excellent and questions were answered expeditiously. The home is very spacious, well maintained and the amenities were perfect, the view is spectacular with beautiful sunrises. The neighborhood is quite just what we were looking for, took about 10 minutes to get to Cape Coral beach which is a great place to spend the day, stores and restaurants also within 10 minutes. There were only two of us during our stay and we were able to close off the other half of the home, so if you don't need a home that sleeps 10 this is still perfect for any size family. Felt like a piece of Paradise

This quiet, relaxing, beautiful new home is a perfect place to "get away" but still be near everything you need or want to do. The view from most rooms is wide open to the pool/hot tub and canal. The owners have thought of everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. Grocery stores like Publix, Winn Dixie and Walmart were minutes away. Dunkin Donuts was even at the entrance to the subdivision. The extra room off the kitchen was great for playing games with the kids, watching something different on TV, or pushing back the comfy sectional to take a nap. Being summer and very hot, we appreciated that the air was adjustable for where we spent a lot of time. Our family enjoyed kayaking the canal and the pool was in almost constant use. It would be great to have a boat; maybe next time. Didn't know it rained so much in Florida in the summer. Loved watching it blow in. It rains heavy but for so short a time it didn't stop any plans. Renting a home is SO MUCH MORE RELAXING than hotels etc. The convenience of a well equipped laundry room made it so handy; we could have packed much less. Hope we can visit here again and make more memories that last a lifetime.
