Located in a peaceful neighborhood at Arrow Head Lake, this recently renovated villa offers a relaxed setting with open views of the water and a bright, welcoming atmosphere.

With approximately 1,482 sq ft of living space, the villa accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and includes an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet. The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with two single beds. The guest bathroom features a walk-in shower and provides direct access to the pool area.

The living area is bright and comfortably furnished, featuring a large leather sofa, a 55-inch 4K TV, sound system, and Blu-ray player. Large sliding glass doors open directly to the terrace and pool area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, granite countertops, and an integrated bar, ideal for casual meals or breakfast.

The outdoor area is designed to make the most of the Florida climate. The south-facing terrace, pool, and garden allow for sunshine throughout the day. Surrounded by palm trees, the pool area offers sun loungers and a gas grill for relaxed outdoor living.

The villa is located directly on Arrow Head Lake, providing peaceful water views and a calm, natural setting.

For your stay, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler are provided. Additional equipment such as kayaks, bicycles (use at your own risk), fishing rods, and golf bags are also available.
