With approximately 2,300 sq ft of living space, the villa accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, along with an additional den for relaxation or flexible use.
Two spacious master suites are furnished with king-size beds, walk-in closets, and TVs. One master bathroom includes a walk-in shower, bathtub, and double vanity. The second master suite also features an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sinks, and direct access to the pool area. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds and includes a desk, making it suitable for both relaxation and remote work. An additional bathroom with a shower and toilet is also available.
The open-concept living area combines the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces into one bright and inviting environment. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors can be fully opened, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor areas and creating a spacious, airy atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen features high-quality appliances and bar seating, making it ideal for both casual meals and shared evenings.
The outdoor area is a standout feature of the villa. Surrounded by palm trees and tropical landscaping, the west-facing terrace offers wide views over the intersecting canal. The heated saltwater pool with infinity edge and integrated hot tub invites you to relax, while the ambient lighting creates a unique atmosphere in the evening. The pool can be heated both electrically and by solar energy. The screened lanai ensures comfort throughout the day.
A covered seating area with gas grill provides the perfect setting for outdoor dining and relaxed evenings.
The villa is located in a quiet yet central area. Shops, grocery stores, restaurants, as well as golf and tennis facilities are all within a short drive.
For your beach outings, a parasol, beach towels, and a cooler are provided.
