Villa Sauvage is a modern waterfront escape offering a true private resort experience. Relax in your heated pool and spa, enjoy the outdoor kitchen, and take in wide canal views. The open design flows seamlessly to a stunning lanai, perfect for mornings by the water and evenings under the lights. With Gulf access and elevated indoor–outdoor living, every stay feels effortless, refined, and unforgettable.
Unique Benefits
Villa Sauvage was designed from the ground up as a luxury waterfront vacation home—not converted from a primary residence or remodeled from an older property. Every room was thoughtfully planned to maximize comfort, waterfront views, and indoor-outdoor living.
Located on a Gulf-access canal in Cape Coral's desirable Pelican neighborhood, guests can enjoy boating, kayaking, fishing, and unforgettable Southwest Florida sunsets right from the private dock.
Unlike many vacation homes, Villa Sauvage offers a complete resort experience with a heated pool and spa, summer kitchen, complimentary kayaks and bicycles, pool table, foosball, cornhole, Sonos whole-home audio, premium Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and beautifully designed indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.
Whether you're planning a relaxing family vacation, a boating adventure, a golf getaway, or a special celebration, Villa Sauvage delivers an experience that goes far beyond a typical vacation rental.
Why Kids Love It
Villa Sauvage offers something for every age. Kids love spending the day swimming in the heated pool, kayaking the canals, riding the complimentary bicycles through the neighborhood, and challenging family members to games of pool, foosball, and cornhole.
The spacious open layout gives everyone room to spread out, while the private dock provides endless opportunities to watch fish, dolphins, and the occasional manatee pass by. Whether it's a family game night, poolside fun, or exploring Southwest Florida together, Villa Sauvage was designed to create unforgettable family memories.

One of the best parts of staying at Villa Sauvage is the incredible variety of nearby waterfront dining. These are a few of our personal favorites:
Aqua Seafood, Steaks & Raw Bar – One of Cape Coral's premier upscale dining experiences. Aqua offers beautifully prepared steaks, fresh local seafood, an impressive raw bar, handcrafted cocktails, live music, and an elegant atmosphere that's perfect for date night or a special celebration.
Bimini Basin – A newer waterfront favorite offering fresh seafood, craft cocktails, and beautiful marina views. Arrive by car or boat and enjoy outdoor seating while watching boats come and go on the basin. It's an excellent choice for lunch, happy hour, or dinner at sunset.
Slipaway Food Truck Park & Marina – One of Cape Coral's newest waterfront destinations featuring ten unique food trucks, a full-service waterfront bar, live music, outdoor seating, marina services, and a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. Everyone can find something they love, making it a great option for groups.
Rumrunners – A longtime Cape Coral favorite known for waterfront dining, fresh seafood, premium steaks, sushi, tropical cocktails, and spectacular sunset views overlooking the marina.
Lobster Lady Seafood Market & Bistro – Don't let the name fool you—this local favorite is much more than a seafood market. Expect outstanding seafood, generous portions, fresh lobster, and one of the best casual dining experiences in Cape Coral.
Fathoms Restaurant & Bar – Located at beautiful Cape Harbour Marina, Fathoms combines fresh coastal cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, live entertainment, and one of the best marina atmospheres in Southwest Florida. It's a perfect place to unwind after a day on the water.
The best way to experience Cape Coral is by water. Rent a boat for the day or bring your own and explore nearby waterfront restaurants, beaches, and islands that are only accessible by boat.
If you're visiting between November and April, keep an eye out for dolphins and manatees right from the dock—early mornings and evenings are often the best times to spot them.
For breathtaking sunsets without the crowds, enjoy a drink by the pool or dock at Villa Sauvage, or head to Cape Harbour Marina for waterfront dining as the sun goes down.
Need groceries? Publix, Walmart, and Target are all just a short drive away, making it easy to stock the kitchen for your stay.
