The villa offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with approximately 1,290 sq ft of living space, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. It is ideal for couples, families, or friends traveling together.

At the heart of the home is the bright, open-concept living area with direct views of the outdoor space. Large windows fill the home with natural light, while the comfortable seating area invites you to relax. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality finishes and, together with the dining table for 6, creates the perfect setting for shared meals and evenings. A high chair and baby crib are available for families with young children.

The outdoor area is designed for true Florida living. The electrically heated pool with integrated spa is perfect for relaxing, while the covered patio with gas grill is ideal for enjoying meals outside. Four sun loungers and a spacious lounge area with outdoor TV provide plenty of space to soak up the sun or unwind at the end of the day.

All 3 bedrooms are comfortably furnished. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the third offers a queen-size bed. The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with a bathtub featuring a whirlpool function, as well as a walk-in shower. The second bathroom also features a walk-in shower and offers direct access to the pool area, adding extra comfort and convenience. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs.

Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. Shopping and dining options are just a few minutes away.

Pets are welcome upon request.
