This Stilted 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom upper level home is completely renovated with all new furniture, bedding, floors, walls and kitchen.

Please Note: Lower portion of house is not available for renting and guests must climb 1 flight of outside stairs. If you are looking for a place to party and invite other people over, this is NOT the rental for you. This home is in a residential neighborhood and we are excited to host guests that are looking for a relaxing, quiet, family friendly area.

The dock is for the rental customer only, not for other guests staying at other rentals to keep at this dock. No large gatherings or guests staying at other rentals gathering at this property please.

We are trying to maintain a positive relationship with the neighbor hood and keep this property amazing for groups, couples, and families within these guidelines. We are unable to have large groups of people, loud noise, and excessive vehicles coming and going from this property please. *NOTE Caretaker couple and a small dog (mini golden-doodle / non-allergenic) are onsite out of the separate lower portion of the house and lower deck, but will not interact with guests unless the guests initiate. When the caretakers are present, if you would like to speak with them, they love to help guests with places to go, things to do and see, places to eat, and have lots of local knowledge to help you get the most of your visit however they can.

Guests will have full and private access to; upper level 3 bed / 2 bath part of house, upper level deck with seating for 6, and gas grill.

Additionally, guests will have access to 2/3-rds of the front parking for 2 vehicles and a boat trailer, or 3 vehicles (any combo you want, but 3 spaces), backyard seating near dock, 30’ of dock space, swim ladder, fish cleaning table, water hose to rinse down gear & boat, an electrical outlet at the dock, and the bait freezer on dock.
The caretakers pride themselves on making sure this property is very clean and in great shape for all guests.

Guests have access to all of house and property except for owner closet in master bedroom, the owner shed in backyard, and all of the lower portion of the house that is not available for rentals.

The caretaker is also a charter boat Captain and has available SeaBear Charters. You do not have to charter this vessel to stay here, you can bring your own boat and keep it at the dock (30') or you can rent a boat and keep it at the dock, but if you would like to charter this vessel and walk out your back door to go on trips while staying at SeaBear Cottage, please look up Seabear Charters (Marathon, FL.) for more information.
