The kitchen includes a breakfast bar with 4 stools, white cabinets, granite counters and stainless-steel appliances including fridge/freezer, range, microwave and dishwasher. Adjacent the breakfast room with table and 4 chairs to enjoy your morning coffee with views over the lake. The formal dining towards the front offers seating for eight. The living room with large flatscreen TV and comfortable seating for cozy hours. The living area has sliding doors to the patio and pool deck. Savor the Florida lifestyle in this very private vacation home with pleasant areas for joint activities as well as retreat options.

The house offers easy to maintain tile and wood floors throughout, complimentary WIFI and air-condition. Washer and dryer are located in the spacious 2 car garage.

The master suite along the Windigo Canal provides a bedroom with king size bed, comfy chair, dresser, TV, pool deck access through sliding doors, walk-in closet and en-suite bath. The light-flooded bathroom offers sink, bathtub, shower and toilet.
Bedroom 2, on the South side with Lake views, includes a king-size bed, dresser, chair, tv and closet. Bedroom 3 offers 2 twin-beds and a closet. Both share bathroom 2 with sink walk in shower and toilet.

At 123CAPE - Villa Lake Jolie it’s all about the outdoors, enjoy endless hours of sunshine, ice cold drinks at or in the pool, read a book on the sun chaises and spoil yourself with the spectacular water vistas. Catch some shade in the covered lanai, forget about time and enjoy the moment.

The evening hours will bring a bright display of sunset colors along the wide sky. The comfy lounge furniture and sun loungers extend your relaxation level for sure.
The outside dining table offers seating for 6 also a barbecue grill for outdoor eating pleasures. SW Florida’s evenings hours are usually mild and warm as well. Enjoy the outdoors at all times protected by the screened cage around the outdoor pool deck. The pool has a bench and little table and enough space to swim and play. The pool can be heated electronically.

Electric fee is included up to USD 10.00 per day - after that we charge USD 0.20 per kWh for the electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out.
