Edgewater 701 in Florida

The location of the property was fantastic. Just a hop skip away from restaurants, shopping, grocery story and of course directly on the beach. The interior of the unit was well cared for. I loved that the kitchen had cookware and utensils that were newer. I have been in many and the cookware in other places are rusted and makes me feel like a homeless person. Glassware was good quality, kitchen was fully stocked, even had trash bags, saran wrap, kitchen towels and dish soap, that many others skip and you end up having to bring your house with you. When these things are supplied it allows the renters to live and clean up after themselves. The unit felt truly clean, I could walk around barefoot inside. I noticed some minor cosmetic things with the unit due to age but overall fantastic stay. Owners were extremely responsive, and you could tell they take pride in their property. I've never had an owner call upon check in to make sure I knew how everything worked and that everything was going smoothly. It was extremely helpful! I would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Edgewater 701 - lovely area and close to many amenities. The ocean view was the best and I was able to enjoy my coffee in the mornings and we ate lunches with plenty of balcony space. We also loved having two chairs and umbrella already set up on the beach each day. Close to grocery, restaurants, and outlet shopping. We tried parasailing, snorkeling, and fireworks cruise - lots of time to unplug, recharge, and reconnect as a family. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Bobbitt for sharing your unit!!

There are not enough words to express the beauty of your place. The convenience and communication were wonderful. Thankful we found you and that you share your place for all to enjoy!! We enjoyed our stay here for an entire week. The Condo felt like home away from home except for the Gorgeous Ocean view from the Living Room and our Bedroom :) I loved having my coffee outside every morning on the balcony. The view of the pool and the Ocean (the Gulf) wow!! John and Kaylan communicated with us when we needed them! There are many great restaurants near by and lots of shopping outlets. Our last night was spent celebrating my Husbands birthday on the Sun Venture sunset dolphin cruise it was so funn!! The condos were furnished with everything we needed!! Also I will mention that the resort has 2 beach chairs and umbrella that we were unaware of until midweek. That was really nice! and they are first come first. I somehow missed that info. Such a Paradise Vacay :):):)

We love the location of this condo. Close to grocery store, dining, and beach. Grounds are well kept and easy access to the beach. the kitchen is well supplied with all your needs. Beds and linens are super comfortable. We are seriously considering staying here again next year.

We loved the location of the condo with direct beach access, shopping, restaurants, and gorgeous views! The two pools, beach chairs and umbrella were added bonuses. We really appreciated the quick response from the Bobbitt’s whenever we had a question. The condo has many nice appointments and a very nice balcony to enjoy your meals or watch a sunset. Highly recommended!

The room was as expected, very nice with tremendous view. The grounds were very nice and well kept. The TWO Oceanfront LARGE POOLS an added bonus with food and beverages available poolside. One small issue that was responded to very timely.

This was our second stay at Edgewater Condo #701. Everything is so perfect. The Bobbitt's have everything so well planned for their guests to enjoy a getaway. The view is amazing and having the chair service is a very nice feature. We would love to come back next year!

Look no further! The Bobbitt’s have literally thought about everything with this condo. The beds are so comfy, you have wireless chargers by your bed, and the TV has anything you could want to watch on it. This is our second summer at this condo,and we will be back next year. We love the proximity to Winn Dixie across the street. We also enjoy waking to the Surf Hut for dinner. We discovered The Donut Hole for breakfast this trip and it quickly became a favorite! Having beach chairs and an umbrella set up each day and not having to carry it down to the beach is a lifesaver. Don’t look any further! Book this condo and you won’t be sorry.

This condo was so relaxing and a home away from home! The Bobbits’ were so helpful and quick with responses if you had a question! We are NOT tech savvy so it took a little time to figure out how to work the tv’s, but once we did… we felt like idiots! Haha. The balcony was so nice and relaxing to watch the beach! We can not wait to come back!

We loved the Bobbitt condo! We stayed there for 2 weeks in June 2021. The King bed topper was like sleeping on a cloud. The proximity to the beach was so handy. The 2 chairs and umbrella included were so handy, comfy, and easy. We recommend all you need is a book, sunglasses, sunscreen and a small light cooler on wheels. No towel even needed! The view from the balcony was beautiful. The pools and hot tub were clean. The ocean was crystal clear and beautiful. Walking to the Surf Hut .3 miles away on the beach was our favorite thing to do. We do not recommend the dinner cruise in Miramar. SO expensive and our food was horrible. Spend your money on other things. Even though peak season, it did not feel crowded on the beach where our chairs were located. The Bobbitt's checked in on us immediately and knew if there had been an issue, they were easy to reach.

We had an amazing week at Edgewater Condo (701) in Mirmar beach. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous. We have teenage daughters and they loved the pool, snack hut, beach, hot tub at night, and a short walk to Starbucks! We felt very safe with our daughters going from the beach and pool to the condo on their own as it was a gated community. WinnDixie is literally across the street and a CVS one block away. We also walked to Lulu’s one evening for dinner and drinks. I enjoyed early morning walks on the beach and each a.m. saw the grounds crew working, flowers being planted, and the pools being cleaned. The set of beach chairs and umbrella included in the rental were much appreciated! The beach guys are very hard workers so don’t forget to show them appreciation with tip and a thank you. Now for the condo itself, great condition, nice decor, clean, comfortable beds, the balcony is huge and absolutely lovely. John and Kalan were gracious hosts and I knew they were A+ when they checked in on us less than 30 minutes after we had arrived. They were proactive with providing information, quick to respond to any questions, very accommodating, and all around, just simply lovely! Thank you John and Kalan for a very fun and memorable birthday week! I have traveled many beach vacations and condo rentals

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bobbitt's condo this past week. We had 4 adults and plenty of room. The decor was so nice and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could think of or need. They provided all the information to us before our arrival and checked in with us afterwards. The view from the spacious balcony was beautiful. Even though there were a lot of people there it never felt crowded. The chairs on the beach were an added bonus. We would definitely recommend.

Upon arriving , no check in was necessary because of the unique code given to us prior which worked perfectly. The air conditioner seemed to be having a slight operating issue which the owners remedied immediately by having a technician there within 2 hours. Everything was great. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the blackouts drapes were a plus. The master bathroom was spacious and we loved all of the counter space. The living area was very roomy as well. The kitchen was nicely updated and we loved the keurig function of the coffeemaker. Newer appliances , including a nice washer and dryer worked wonderfully. Extra little amenities were noticed, including small bottles of shampoo and conditioner and extra garbage bags were nice. There was a full spice rack also. The balcony was amazing and the view was beyond beautiful. The owners offered an extra night free of charge to make up for some lost beach time due to hurricane Sally, which they didn't have to do. It shows the character of the Bobbits and that they definitely care about their guests. Thank you so much- we Would 100% recommended this property and would love to stay here again.

701 @ ! The unit was super, super clean which was a great feeling during a pandemic. The view was perfect for the beach and pool. The beds were great, especially having a queen and twin in one room. Gives extra sleep space! The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the coffee pot! Winn Dixie is right across the street which makes grocery runs super easy!! Also, all staff on the grounds of Edgewater were super friendly! Thank you for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay at Edgewater. The condo was very clean with plenty of space. The view from the balcony was beautiful with a short walk to the pool and beach. The Bobbitt’s have a fully supplied kitchen to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable. The beach was beautiful and we’re looking forward to booking with the Bobbitt’s again!

Book this condo now! We have been traveling to the beach for years and this experience was by far the best we have had. It’s very clear that the owners care about the property and want to make sure each person has a great stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfy that I have talked my husband into purchasing the same mattress topper that was on the beds. The added beach chair rental was a huge plus for us. No more hauling chairs and umbrellas to the beach. Our family had a great time and can’t wait to return.

We had the best experience. Everything was beyond expectations. The building is a bit dated on first impression but it makes up for it how clean and well maintained it is. The grounds are beautiful and not once did we feel crowded. The condo was very clean and comfortable. This was our first time in Destin and we visited some of the other resorts and we feel super lucky we picked this one it was exactly what we needed to make our vacation the best ever. Thanks for sharing this little piece of heaven. We would love to come back and stay again.

My husband planned this getaway for my birthday. We had a wonderful time enjoying the beach, pool and hot tub. The condo was awesome, very well appointed with everything we needed. We love Destin and will certainly return!

What a wonderful long weekend! Warm clear water, beautiful beach and an amazing condo! The outlet mall across the street was perfect for the one rainy day during our stay. The condo had everything you could ask for! We will be back!
