Our stunning Adonis vacation home is a Mediterranean-style beach villa, exclusively located in the coastal community of Frangista Beach. This community off Scenic Hwy 98 is in the middle of tropical excitement with beach shops and shoreline restaurants within walking distance. Adonis is also a mere three minute stroll to private beach access — giving guests access to the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast away from the bustling beach crowd. This 5,200 sq.ft. home has 11 bedrooms, can sleep up to 29 people and features many common areas that are perfect for gatherings of any size. Enjoy time with family and friends in the large living areas, media room and game room. The spacious bedrooms offer a great place for rest and relaxation after a day of fun-filled activities.

The luxury experience of Adonis begins immediately upon entering. Following an inviting living space is a gourmet kitchen finished with top-of-the line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and plenty of dishware for over 30 people. Near the kitchen is a large dining table nicely lit by a chandelier. Additional seating is located at the breakfast bar, pool area, and outdoor dining space. Seating will never be a problem! Also located on the first floor is a media room with plenty of comfortable seating and a brand new 60” flat-screen TV with surround sound speakers. Off of the living and dining area is a King Suite that sleeps 2 and has a private bath.

Entering the second floor, guests will enjoy 4 King Suites and two well appointed bunk rooms perfect for the kids — each with their own personal decorations, TVs, private bathrooms, and even some with private balconies. A laundry room is conveniently placed on this floor, as well.

Following the staircase to the third floor are 4 more King Suites. The ornate and regal decor will have guests resting in a state of luxury. Each room features their own private bathroom and personal flat screen TVs. One of the four rooms features its own private balcony. The third floor also features a game room that is perfect for indoor family fun on rainy days. This room includes a pool table, kitchenette, wet bar, and an additional bathroom.

Adonis features a beautiful private, 15 x 21 ft. pool facing West. There is also a wading pool for small children that is perfect for giving little ones a chance to safely enjoy playing in the water. Offering an abundance of sunshine, the pool deck is also perfect for peaceful sunbathing on the lounge chairs.

The neighborhood of Frangista Beach consists primarily of large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately four blocks. The neighborhood has a 400 yard private beach which you must have a code to access. This home is within walking distance to a coffee shop, a deli, fast food options, and favored local restaurants such as Pompano Joe’s and Whales Tale. Frangista Beach is also home to Emerald Coast Wine Cellars where you can sample, and purchase wines made exclusively in Florida. A large Winn-Dixie grocery store is 1.5 miles to the East and alongside it you will find the luxurious Silver Sands Premium Outlet stores where you can partake in a quiet and enjoyable shopping experience.

Frangista Beach has a rich history that began when a family from Greece built a small motel and, subsequently, a little white chapel that still stands to this day. Many brides are married on the Frangista Beach and use the magnificent chapel for photoshoots. After visiting this neighborhood, you will understand why so many families choose to return year after year.

Electric Street Legal Golf Cart Rentals — We offer electric street legal golf cart rentals to Beach Reunion guests only and at a substantially lower rate than our competitors in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. If you are familiar with this area you know from past vacations that their popularity makes traveling to and from the beach a breeze and convenient for quick errands to the store, even for that last minute shopping spree! They also make shuttling services hassle-free for weddings or events. By reserving a cart rental through us you will not have to worry about any of that unwanted dirt or sand getting into your car while trying to enjoy your vacation! We even deliver for free! Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week.(Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)

Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach.

Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:
Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand/Body Bar, and Linen Spray. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Kitchen Wipes, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

* No College/Student groups allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.

* PARKING: Parking for 5 vehicles. No Grass/Street Parking Community Rules.

* No tents or canopies allowed on private beach used for the community.*

* Weddings/Events -Not Permitted Per HOA on the Private Beach Access.* (Small Events at the Home Permitted)

Big Kahuna's- Toward the end of your vacation, if you are tired of the salt and sand from the beach, head on down to Big Kahuna`s Water Park off highway 98 in Destin. Speed slides, river rides, and a wave pool await you. No matter how old or young you are, there`s fun for everyone!
