Enter condo A203 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sits on the 2nd floor and is located on the east end of the property near the tennis courts. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!
This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 8. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 bunk bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 8 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.
All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!

Unique Benefits
The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and a smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There is a video game room, 2 lighted tennis courts, a shuffleboard, and a fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with gas & charcoal grills are available any time and located next to the clubhouse. In the clubhouse, you will find a large meeting room with games, computer access & a large screen TV.
There are also kayak and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasails very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive that you can access by just walking across the street from the condo.
The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area's largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded!
All rentals come with complimentary daily beach service from March 1st - October 31st. Complimentary beach service consists of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily, weather permitting.
Area Information
The Beach House Condominiums are located in Miramar Beach, FL, and sits directly on the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The complex is situated away from the main traffic of Destin in a quiet area, but walking distance, or a short drive from plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores and the area’s largest outlet mall, Silver Sands Premium Outlets. The physical address is 675 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach, FL 32550.
The area is filled with activities, live music, restaurants, local events, and annual festivals. To the east is the Village of Baytowne Wharf is a great place to spend the day or an evening enjoying live music and entertainment along with some shopping, dining, and drinks. Just a mile from the property is The Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is an enormous, outdoor outlet mall boasting over 100 brand name outlet stores. Heading west from the property is the Destin commons, an open-air shopping center with a range of well-known stores, restaurants and even a theater. On the far end of town, about 10 miles from The Beach House Condominiums, is the Destin harbor. The harbor is filled with activities including fishing charters, dolphin cruises, jet ski rentals, festivals, concerts and much more. Along with the activities, the harbor also maintains some of the most popular and longest standing restaurants in town including Dewey Destin's, AJ's, McGuire’s, and Harbor Docks.
Favorite Places To Eat
The Surf Hut--500 feet to the east. The beachside restaurant you can walk to with outside seating.
Pompano Joe's--On the beach about 1 mile west. Great seafood & atmosphere! Seafood nachos are awesome!
Whale's Tail--on the beach to the west serving breakfast.

No refunds for cancellations less than 60 days before arrival date. Deposits will be retained for all cancellations within the 60 day period. Guests may receive a full refund if the vacation is cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Deposit Policy
$250.00 Reservation deposit will be due at the time of booking.
$250.00 Refundable damage deposit required on all reservations. Refunds will be returned within 2 weeks of departure assuming no damage to the unit. If there is damage to the unit, or missing articles, it will be deducted from deposit.

We had a great week at A203 Beach House Condo. Jan is very helpful and accommodating and very easy to communicate with. The condo has a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. Very well decorated and everything you need is provided. Lots of places to eat within 10 miles and the outlet takes 5 minutes to get there. This is our second year staying here and we haven’t been disappointed.

My family had an awesome time for the second year in a row. We even brought more family down this year, and they can't stop raving about it! The condo was terrific. It was clean and in good shape; the beds were comfortable. The amenities of the complex were plentiful. We definitely didn't run out of things to do! Very lovely place to stay! You can open up the windows in the master bedroom and hear the waves! Jan took care of any issues(which was minor) in a professional and timely manner! She had a welcome package for us which was a nice touch and was always very quick to communicate. Would rent again!

This was the perfect place to stay. Nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Felt like home. The owners were very nice and our son loved the welcome bucket and goodies inside. We absolutely LOVED everything about Best Destin Beach House Rental and unit B105!!! From the ease and convenience of booking the unit, to the moment we walked into the condo, we were blown away by the decor and amenities, the welcome package, the check in booklet that answered every conceivable question, and the ability to contact Jan personally if there was ever an issue. One example of how Jan goes above and beyond was when we found out unexpectedly that the Beach House management (the condos not the rental company) had made a rule prohibiting setting up tents or canopies directly behind the complimentary setups. Jan stepped into action, immediately providing us with a tent that was acceptable and contacting the Beach Service workers about her solution. Everything was taken care of for us. Of the ten years we have been staying at The Beach House Condominiums, this was our first year to book with Best Destin Beach House Rental, and it was definitely the most enjoyable. We will continue to use Jan for all of our future vacations!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The view from the patio was amazing from sunrise to sunset. The sand was nice, clean and soft, we even stopped wearing our flip flops down to the beach because they kept all the outdoor areas very clean. The condo was a perfect size for 5 of us. Always seem to be plenty of room to move around.

Had a great time in Florida and we loved being in this Condo. 1st floor, steps from the beach or pool and a nice patio to sit outside and watch the sunset. The condo has everything you need too cook if you want to stay in and it’s only minutes away from several restaurants if you want to go out. The Owners checked on us a couple times to make sure everything was working as it should and if we needed any suggestions on places to go in Destin.

First trip to Miramar Beach! The water is so clear! This condo is right on the beach, footsteps yo the pool and ocean! The owners were wonderful , helpful and answered all questions! They left a welcome gift which was a nice touch. We Loved it! Will definitely be back
