Here Comes the Sun, a luxurious coastal 8 bedroom, 8.5 bath home located in the prestigious community of Frangista Beach. Upon entering the first floor you will find an elegant foyer that is as light and pristine as the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast and introduces the serene, coastal theme that flows seamlessly throughout the home.

The first floor offers sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests with one King Suite and a bunk room. The King Suite features a king bed and 2 twin bunk beds and sleeps 4 guests. The bunk room features 2 queen beds and sleeps 4. Additional entertainment space on the first floor can be enjoyed in the game room that features a pool table, wet bar and flat screen television.

The game room is adjacent to the outdoor pool and entertainment area. This area features an outdoor kitchen complete with a grill, fireplace, and a glass top outdoor dining table with seating for 4. The first floor has a full bath with a stand-up shower.

On the second floor is the breathtaking luxury gourmet kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, 2 gas stoves, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers and wine refrigerator. For dining there is an breakfast bar that sits 4 attached to the kitchen and a formal dining space which sits up to 16 guests. For lounging there is a living area with ample comfortable seating and an flat screen television. Sleeping accomodations can be found in the second floor King Suite which features a king bed, 2 twin bunk beds and an attached full bath. On the second floor is also a half bath.

Follow the second floor staircase to the third floor which has the King Master Suite, 3 King Suites, and one bunk room and sleeps up to 14 guests. The King Master Suite features a spa retreat master bath with a deep soaker tub and spacious shower. The bunk room features 6 twin beds and sleeps 6 guests. Balcony access on the third floor offers the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

The highlight of this magnificent home is the 4th floor tower which leads to the stunning rooftop SKYDECK offering outdoor dining and gorgeous panoramic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.

The neighborhood of Frangista Beach consists of mostly large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400 yard private beach which you must have a code to access. This home is within walking distance of a coffee shop, deli, Dairy Queen, a beach gear shop and local favorite beach front seafood restaurants, Pompano Joe's and Whales Tale. Frangista Beach is also home to Emerald Coast Wine Cellars where you can sample and purchase wines made exclusively in Florida. A large Winn-Dixie grocery store is 1.5 miles to the east and beside it you will find the largest designer outlet mall in the Southeast, Silver Sands Premium Outlet.

Additional Features

Pool Heat - Private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $150/day or $895/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

** This home has what is known as an overflow spa. That means that the pool and spa share the same heating elements, circulation and filtration system. In order for the spa to be heated, the pool must also be heated. POOL HEATED TO 85 DEGREES. SPA HEATED AT 100 DEGREES FROM 6PM TO MIDNIGHT

EARLY OCCUPANCY... $295 fee... Allows an 11AM entry (instead of 4PM), and access to Game room, pool area, garage ONLY (very helpful for luggage dropoff).

LATE CHECKOUT.... $295 fee... Allows late departure to 11 AM (instead of 9AM) or later subject to availability

ELEVATOR USAGE FEE....$395/stay (highly recommended for luggage to upper floors and elderly guests)

BICYCLES....$199/stay, 4 new bikes (numerous places to ride on sidewalks along the beach!)

MIDSTAY FRESHEN UP! Change linens in all bedrooms & replace towels in all baths $295

EVENT FEE....$500 for weddings and/or receptions

DAILY BEACH SERVICE SETUPS- This includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from March 1st to October 31st, 2020. $399/stay
