'Lazy Daze', located in the highly desirable community of Frangista Beach, is a luxury 5 bedroom & 4 bath beach vacation home that boasts 3 Kings, 3 Queens, and 2 twin beds. We have views of the Gulf both the 2nd and 3rd floor verandas great for socializing with family and friends! In addition to the 3 verandas in the front of Lazy Daze, we have a beautiful back yard featuring a 24' X 12' heated Private Pool surrounded by a dozen beautiful palm trees and a 28' x 10' deck with BBQ and dining accommodations for 6-8 persons. In addition to our Private pool, the Frangista Beach Community pool is a 3 mere minute walk. Our private beach access is a simple 20 yard walk to Destin’s famous sugar white sand beaches!!

First floor Amenities: The dining room features seating for 8 in addition to a breakfast bar with 3 counter chairs. The fully equipped kitchen features GE Professional stainless steel appliances. The large family room is highlighted by a 50” Plasma TV/DVD, XBox 360, full size couch with 2 love seats and tropical artwork from a well known Destin Artist. The first floor bedroom features a King Bed with TV/DVD.

Second floor Amenities: Features 2 private master bedrooms. The first master features King bedding, 50” Plasma TV/DVD, walk-in closet (with a Pack n Play) that can be also be used as sleeping quarters for a Toddler, and larger bathroom with travertine tile, a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and his and her sinks. The second master features a King bedding, 32” TV/DVD, and a private bath/shower with his and her sinks. Both masters share the private second story veranda facing the Gulf of Mexico.

Third floor Amenities: The third floor features 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 Queen beds and a 40” TV/DVD. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and 2 twin beds with TV/DVD. Both bedrooms share a bathroom/shower.

Free Daily Beach Service.....2 beach chairs and an umbrella will be waiting for you each day of your stay!!

SCENIC GULF DRIVE runs along side the Gulf of Mexico and is great for those who enjoy walking, jogging, biking, etc. Additionally, this home is within walking distance of 2 great beach restaurants, a coffee shoppe/Deli with wireless internet access, an ice cream shoppe, a fine wine/gourmet food shoppe and bike/scooter rentals. A full size grocery store and the Silver Sands shopping mall is a mere 5 minute drive away!

In addition to the world famous beaches, Destin also offers many wonderful beachside family restaurants that have open air gulf view seating, world class sport fishing and sightseeing from one of Florida’s largest fishing fleets, numerous world class golf courses, first class shopping at one of Destin’s many new outlet malls, and family activities galore at one of Destin’s many kid’s go-cart/mini-golf and entertainment parks.
