One gate holds the beach, four golf courses, a marina on the bay, and a pedestrian village with a free tram running between them.
Beachside condos have the largest inventory. Houses sit within Villa Lago, next to Baytowne Golf Course, Fairways, Linkside, Sandestin Estates, Tivoli Terrace, and Beachwalk. Because every unit is individually owned, verify policies and fees with the owner before booking.

Each building and rental type may offer slightly different amenities and access. Be sure to read the listing and check with the owner if you are unsure.
The owners association bars amplified sound from 10pm to 6am on weekdays and midnight to 6am at weekends. The Village at Baytowne Wharf is exempt, because the restaurants and nightclubs are there.
You can’t bring an outside golf cart into Sandestin. However, many properties come with golf carts that are registered with the association. You must be 16 with a license to drive one.
The resort runs from the Gulf across US-98 to the bay, so where you choose to stay can change your experience.
