Brand new home, completed June 2020 and ready for your stay!! Over 3,400 square feet with additional decks and balconies that will give you plenty of space to spread out and get comfortable.
Located in the beautiful Villas of Frangista gated community, our home is within walking distance away from the Gulf's emerald waters with a beautiful white sandy beach and a quick golf cart ride to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and beachside bars.
Our home is incredibly well-appointed in coastal decor and boasts all the creature comforts for your loved ones, to include a private saltwater pool, complimentary golf cart ($700+ value), and private beach access at no extra charge! If you are looking to provide memories with your family that will last forever, you have found the right place!
On the first floor, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and an open floor plan extending into the dining and living area - perfect for entertaining! The living area has a 60 inch flat screen TV with plenty of seating. You will also find two master bedrooms on the first floor complete with king beds, flat screen TVs, and private bathrooms. Located in the backyard of the home is your own private pool (heating optional) with tanning shelf/umbrella, sun bathing area, grilling station, and outdoor games to keep the kids happy so you can relax!
The second floor features 4 king bedrooms with flat screen TVs and each with their own private bathrooms.
The third floor features 2 built in queen over queen bunk beds, a bonus game room, full bathroom, and a wet bar/mini fridge to store snacks and drinks.

*Weddings are not permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, you will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and additional rentals fines.

Additional Details: Pool Heating available upon request for an additional fee of $300 + tax. The golf cart will be fully charged when you arrive. Each home comes supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish pod, 1 trash bag per trash can in bathroom and kitchen. Things to bring: laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods.

Sandy Stroll is located within the gated Villas of Frangista community. You are a short walk to the beach, local coffee shop and wine shop or take the golf cart! Very close to the popular Whale’s Tale restaurant and beach access. There’s a private, designated beach access accessed via personal key code for you right outside of the community. Take the complimentary 6-passenger golf cart to the highly popular Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, (home to 110 designer and name brand outlet stores), just 2 miles away. Also within 2 miles of the home are countless beach side restaurants (Pompano Joe's, Crab Trap, Surf Hut, Captain Dave's, and other favorites), Winn-Dixie, gas station, CVS Pharmacy, 2 large and popular public beach accesses, and so much more! The standard rate is based upon an occupancy total of 16 guests. If your guest total is greater than 16 people, there is a $100 fee for each person over 3 years old.
Administrative Fee is 5% of the reservation total.
Must be 25 or older to rent ; renters under 25 please inquire with us.
Cancellation Policy: Only 25% of the booking total is withheld if written cancellation is received more than 60 days before check in. There are no cancellations once you are within 60 days of the check in date.

This home was exactly as pictured! We gathered in for our son's wedding in the area and could all stay comfortably together. The home has a perfect floor plan! Location was perfect as it was not far from restaurants and other amenities. We were within walking distance of a wonderful coffee shop. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions or needs we had while staying with them! If we are ever in the area again I will stay in one of Brie and Aubrey's homes!

This is now our second rental we've booked with Aubrey and Brie and hopefully not our last. We really enjoyed Sandy Stroll. The outdoor TV was such a great addition to the trip. And the kids never wanted to leave the 3rd floor room. In addition, the included golf cart makes it so easy to go to the beach or out for a meal or shopping. We can't wait to come back next year.

Our sons and their families, and us,had a great week at Sandy Stoll last week. The pool was great for afternoon, the golf cart took us to the beach in the morning, the beds were SO comfortable.. the entire house met our needs abundantly. The kitchen was stocked the best we've ever had. It was very clean. Aubrey was so quick to respond to any question we had. I would reccomend it to anyone who wishes for a very special place for good family times.

We visited the last week of May and the weather was perfect. We had adults, teens and small children. The pool at the house was perfect for the “littles” and the community pool which is huge, was right around the corner and never had hardly anyone in it. The golf cart was used to tour the area, go to the dq or pizza by the slice a few blocks away. The house was spotless, modern and comfortable with king beds and bathrooms for each room and the bunk room on the third floor with four beds was perfect for teens. We cooked in the room and got delivery from Winn Dixie or drove there on the golf cart. Gift shop and quick market right nearby Aubrey was available for any questions and quick to communicate.

We really enjoyed our week stay at Sandy Stroll! it is a beautiful home with plenty of space. The pool and the golf cart were an added bonus! Everything we needed and more. You will not be disappointed.It was fall break when we were here so it was a little crowded. We did not use the private beach. We chose to visit Topsail Hill Preserve State Park one day and loved it! So peaceful and quiet. We spent a few days at Henderson Beach...very nice as well! It got us away from the crowds.We were very impressed with this home!

This is our second year in a row staying in this property. It gets better and better. Very impressive to say the least. No complaints and meets expectations and then some. The pool and golf cart also out standing. We were there for a total of ten days and each day was perfect. The host called and gave great recommendations of places to go and see and eat at. Access to host at all times were available. This host and property comes highly recommended. You will be glad that that you did!!! Oh wow did I mentioned as well the host even had the nerves to give us Fabulous and Wonderful beautiful WEATHER the whole time we were there as well. lol lol

Everything about the house was awesome. A bathroom for each bedroom was definitely a perfect situation - no sharing necessary. The golf cart made it seem like we were on the beach side - a great addition. The pool was perfect size and was great for afternoon cool off after a long day at beach. Owners stocking of high chair and playpen was huge help so didn’t have to bring the items. Fridge was large and held all our food and drinks with no issues. driveway was large and accommodated all our vehicles plus’s an additional golf cart. TV in every room allowed group to watch what they wanted versus fighting over remote

What can I say that hasn't already been said. A great place to rent for a lrg family or group of friends. Conveniently located to the beach/shopping/restaurants; Nicely furnished with a bathroom adjoined to each bedroom; The beds were very comfortable; Kitchen adequately furnished; The pool was lrg enough for all of us to have fun (bring your own beach towels) and the golf cart was a big plus. Nice neighborhood. Aubrey and Dave made themselves available if needed and they were very personable and easy to deal with. You will not be disappointed if you rent this lovely house.

Spent a week at this rental and really didn't want to leave! This home is beautiful and is furnished with everything a family could need. Loved each bedroom having it own bath... nice not to have to share! Two bedrooms on first floor makes it nice for those that may not do stairs well and the bunk room on third floor makes a great place for kids, or for kids at heart. Loved having the convenience of the pool. The golf cart was a huge plus too. Brie (home owner) was so helpful and always responded to my emails quickly. We did contact Dave (maintenance) once to help with gas grill and he came to help within an hour.Thanks for sharing your home!!

We just returned from a family vacation at Sandy Stroll. It was perfect. The home is beautiful and was very clean. All the furnishings are very nice. The open concept was nice for family to spend time together at night. Loved being in the gated community away from a lot of noise yet only a short distance to the beach. We all loved having the golf cart to get around. The pool and outdoor area was so relaxing. Dave was available to answer any questions. The Hooper's were a pleasure to work with. Only suggestion would be to have a cooler available to take to the beach. You will not regret renting this home!!!!

We stayed at Sandy Stroll and it was everything we expected and more. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. We felt very welcome and relaxed there. We had a small issue while there that was addressed and taken care of within an hour (Thanks Dave)! The amenities are high quality and we were sad to leave. Our only con would be the fluctuations in the heated pool temperature. Nothing less than 5 stars all around otherwise and we will definitely be back! Thanks to our hosts, the Hoopers and Dave too!

Let me start by saying we LOVED this property. We are a huge Disney family and switched to a Destin vacation when the pandemic hit last summer. This house made us FALL IN LOVE with Destin. Some in the family even said this vacation spot is their new favorite even over Disney. The layout of the house is great for families with kids. The kids loved having their own space on the 3rd floor with the large bunk beds. We also loved the pool area especially the TV. Also, the beds were so comfy that we bought the same mattress when we returned from our trip. We will for sure be booking with them again for this summer!

No FAULT! This property is perfect. Aubrey was a perfect host and Dave. I find no Fault!! This Property has big spacious rooms and over all is huge and has everything you need and want and plenty of utensils. The pool was fabulous. We will definitely return again. I would say more of a TEN STARs rather than Five STARS. No one in our party had any complaints and gave all high compliments and was most impressed. Aubrey and Brie treated us more like family rather than guest. They both were patience and attentive. I Highly recommend this property and owner.

This house was perfect for our beach getaway. We had kids ranging in ages 10-3 and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Having the pool just outside was amazing and the fun lights made night swimming a huge hit. They loved riding bikes through the neighborhood, to the beach, or to get an ice cream treat! The house has the perfect floor plan for large families. We had an amazing time and are already planning to go back!

This was the cutest beach house we have every stayed in! We enjoyed riding the golf cart to the beach in the mornings and playing in the pool in the afternoon! Everything was clean and the decor has the sweetest beachy feel! We hope to visit again soon!

Our large group was lucky enough to be the first to stay in this beautiful home. The home was tastefully decorated, well equipped very and spacious for all of our families. The golf cart was an added bonus as we used it daily for beach runs as well as for shopping excursions and dinner pick ups. The large open kitchen and family room was perfect for all of us to gather for meals and game nights. We also enjoyed the backyard area with pool and bbq. Conveniently located yet, in a quiet neighborhood. The owners and property manager were great to work with and very attentive to our needs making sure we had a great stay. The house was perfect for our group! All the rooms are spacious and have their own bathrooms. The beds are comfortable. The owners of the house provided many things (pack n play, seasoning, trash bags, etc) that most houses don’t provide. The beach is close by and great location! Our group spent a lot of time at the house pool. We loved that there was a tv outside so we could listen to music while being outside. I highly recommend staying at this house and would come back!
