Wonderful quality condo - centrally located near anything you need.

Quality condo across from Pompano Joe’s with the gulf is across the street. The living area is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The best part may be the outside porch. We’ve rented multiple units in the Destin area and this condo is the nicest in terms of quality. And the owners, Lauren and Mark, are very reasonable and always available. We’ve rented this condo for several years now and will continue to do so.

Great family condo!

We so enjoyed our stay at your condo. The accommodations were great for our family. It was so nice that you had beach chairs to use. Your kitchen was well equipped. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach, especially being heated. Hope to visit again!

WOW, what a GREAT place

We can not say enough about this condo and the owners. They were fantastic and always were there for us. Mark and Lauren went above and beyond for us. The location was excellent and we could even hear the surf. The only thing we found that Lauren didn't have was a rolling pin, but then we didn't need 1. BEAUTIFUL BEACH CONDO!!!

Lauren’s Beach Retreat is amazing. This condo is as beautiful as they come. Updated furnishings inside and out. Plenty of room inside the condo and plenty of room on the patio. We highly recommend this condo to anyone and everyone. (Side note - added benefit is the elevator is located right by this condo’s door. Never heard the elevator from inside the condo either) Book this condo today and enjoy your family vacation like we just enjoyed ours! We will definitely be booking again.

Perfect in every way!

Where do I start? This condo rental was simply amazing! First, the booking process: SO many less fees than other rentals, seamless process, reasonable deposit amount & agreement, great communication with owners, and pictures, description accurately describe the condo. Second, we loved the fact that it is a gated property which made us feel extra safe. The unit was perfectly located in regards to the beach(very short walk), the view(gorgeous), the level(perfect- except the early birds above us lol). Unit space was perfectly spacious and clean. Everything that we needed and more was provided…. LOVED the storage space with chairs, umbrella, tent, toys and more! The outdoor patio was my favorite, so spacious, comfortable furniture, and the view and beach breeze was incredible. The location of the property was so conveniently located. Restaurants within walking distance and Destin a really short drive away. We didn’t use the pool much because my kids said the water was hot, not refreshing at all…not a huge surprise for July in FL though I guess. The beach was fabulous, can’t beat the white, soft sand, clean beach, and clear blue water! Lauren and her husband were so so sweet, checked in on us a couple times to make sure everything was as promised and it was and more. We will definitely stay again!

Trip to Miramar Beach

I took my two daughters & their husbands to Miramar Beach & stayed in Lauren’s Beach Retreat. It was a beautiful place to stay & was very comfortable. Had a great porch that had comfortable furniture & we enjoyed that very much. Lauren was so nice & easy to work with. If we came this way again, we would definitely want to stay here. Great vacation!

I took my 2 daughters & their husbands to Miramar Beach & we stayed in Lauren’s Beach House. It was a great place to stay & Lauren was wonderful to work with. Very pretty & comfortable. It rained quite a bit but we were satisfied just staying in the condo. Had a wonderful, big porch with comfortable furnishings. If I get to go back to this area, would love to stay in it again. Highly recommend!

Best vacation spot for a large family!

We booked with Lauren and had a great experience with them. She communicated all information and gave suggestions of things to do. The condo had all the amenities of home and was clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be back next year and plan to stay longer. Destin is amazing and my family and I made many amazing memories.

Great family vacation

Our family has stayed at Lauren’s Beach Retreat for several years and we love it. The owners are so friendly, helpful, and offer everything we need for an amazing vacation with our kids and grandchildren! The location is great as well! The owners make sure you have everything you need right at your fingertips and are so nice to allow you to use what they have at the condo. It is also clean with extremely comfy beds! The pool is nice, especially for the grandkids and the walk to the beach is short. Great location, spacious, fully equipped condo

We spent 3 weeks at the condo & found it very relaxing. A great location close to the beach,restaurants & shopping. Loved the pool as well & met several other friendly visitors. Wonderful condo in great location

Our visit of 3 weeks was relaxing and comfortable in Lauren’s fully equipped condo. The lanai, with a pool & gulf view was wonderful for dining, reading, napping & socializing. Excellent Vacation Getaway

Our family of 6 had an awesome vacation rental experience at Lauren's Beach Retreat. We have been coming to Destin for a little over 20 years and have stayed at a multitude of properties from condos, townhouses and houses. I would rate the customer service and care from the owners Lauren and Mark, as the very best we have experienced. It is very refreshing to communicate directly with the property owner and not a management company. They checked on us before we arrived on our trip down and throughout the week to make sure we were completely satisfied with everything. I also liked the fact that as a renter, you can look at the pricing and know exactly what you are paying before going through the booking process (the tax, housekeeping and fee totals are already added in for you). The condo was clean and had plenty of room for my wife and I and our children (ages 17,14,12, and 10). The bedrooms are large for a Destin condo and it was very convenient to have 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen was adequately stocked with everything you need to cook throughout the week if you prefer to eat in versus going out. We loved the brand new beach chairs and sand toys provided, conveniently located in a closet below the unit. The location on Miramar Beach is one of our favorites. The unit is ocean view from the veranda and just a short walk across the road to the Public Beach access at Pompano Joe's. Then kids loved swimming in the pool located just a few steps from the unit. There are several other Public Beach accesses within walking distance to the East and West. We chose to rent a Golf Cart and were able to roam from Destin Commons to Silver Sands and all the areas in between that were posted at speed limits of 35 mph or less. We can't thank Lauren and Mark enough for sharing their AWESOME condo with our family. Look forward to returning again soon!!

Wonderful

What a wonderful time my family and I had, staying in this beautiful condo! We had everything, plus more, we needed to make our stay comfortable and very welcoming. We had plenty of space for the five of us, and having an elevator was so so convenient for lugging in luggage and groceries. We enjoyed having the beach so close. Beautiful Beach Retreat

Our family of 5 stayed here over fall break and it was so lovely. We enjoyed sitting on the spacious patio every morning and drinking coffee while being able to view the ocean and sunrise. The condo has everything we needed for a wonderful week. It was extremely clean and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had prior to arrival. The condo is equipped with a large garage and it also has a closet full of beach chairs, floats, and sand toys. We hope to return soon!

Fantastic location and beautiful view.

We loved our stay here and will be a repeat customer. The condo is beautiful and has everything that you will need INCLUDING beach toys for the kids. We had five adults and three children and never felt cramped. The balcony over looked the pool and the beach was visible from the balcony as well. Conveniently located is an understatement. There was a Five Star restaurant across from the complex and shops within walking distance. Your family will love it.

Best vacation start yet

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay. This was the most spacious and cleanest place we have stayed at in Florida so far. The beds were comfortable and we could tell all of the beddings and towels were actually cleaned (in comparison to most hotels). We appreciated that the necessities such as oil, sugar, and flour were provided so we wouldn’t have to buy it just for our week stay. The owners were very prompt in responding to questions and sending additional information and reminders. The whole process was seamless and very professional.It was also an extra “bonus” that extra paper towels, toilet paper, beach chairs, and beach toys were provided if we needed it.The only “downfall” that we could think of is that the ceiling was too thin, so we could hear the people above us pretty clearly. It wasn’t that big of an issue though and doesn’t take away from our 5-star rating. Once again, the owners were so easy to work with and were very accommodating. Definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a close stay to the beach with more of a “home-y” feel as opposed to a hotel.

Easy, Relaxing Vacation

This was our first visit to Lauren's Beach Retreat and it will not be our last. We previously have rented on 30a and Sandestin. We decided to try something new since those areas are so crowded now. We were not disappointed with this unit. It is much easier to navigate-no giant parking garages, no waiting on elevators-and plenty of room on the beach! Last year we had someone literally knock into our chair in front of one of the towers at Sandestin. This year, we had room to spread out on the beach. The unit was clean with lots of extras not usually in a rental unit-laundry detergent, hand soap pumps, Ziploc bags. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The owners were great and very communicative

A Beautiful Place to Rest

Just stayed at Lauren’s Beach Retreat last week. The owners are very attentive and provided a beautiful condo with many amenities. The living room/kitchen area is very spacious. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms that easily accommodated our group of two adults and three college age students. An added bonus is the covered patio, a great place to start the morning. The unit is set back a bit from the road, Scenic 98, which adds to the privacy. Another bonus is the garage and the storage room loaded with beach supplies. The beach and restaurants are a short walk away. Obviously, a great place to stay!

Exceeded Expectations

Just returned from renting Lauren’s Beach Retreat and it was probably the best place we’ve used in our visits to the Destin area. The living room/kitchen area is spacious and equipped with everything you will need. Three bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms worked great with the 3 young adults we brought with us. The covered patio is large and especially great for breakfast before hitting the beach. The unit is tucked back slightly from the road (Scenic 98) that you cross to access the beach. This gives you a little more peacefulness when sitting out on the porch. You can even use the garage that each unit is provided, along with the beach supplies in the storage closet. Just bring a beach towel, toothbrush, and swimsuit and you are set!

Perfect Condo!!

We just stayed a week at Lauren’s Beach Retreat with 4 adults and two teenage boys. We all had our own room and bathroom and the amenities are abundant. The kitchen is stocked and ready to cook in. The beach closet has everything you need for spending days at the beach. It even has a beach cart that makes the short walk to the beach easier. The covered balcony was my favorite spot to drink coffee in the morning. The owners are extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quiet place to get away to the beach.

☀️ Amazing Beach Retreat

Our family of 5 (2 parents, 2 adult children and 1 teenager) just got home from a week at Lauren’s Beach Retreat and it was simply amazing! The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, well stocked kitchen, nice appliances, huge washer/dryer, very spacious, and in a great end-unit spot. The Pavilion Palms buildings are calm and quiet-just what we look for on vacation. The pool was very quiet, something we really search for when looking for a rental! We enjoyed the beautiful beach near Pompano Joe’s, the ability to walk to several other restaurants, and our morning walks to the coffee shop. This condo has everything you need for a perfect week at the beach! Our favorite might have been the covered porch in the mornings and evenings. The owners are so nice and easy to communicate with. This condo gets a 10/10 from our family! We can’t wait to come back next year.

We just returned home from an amazing week at Lauren’s Beach Retreat. The condo is beautifully decorated and so spacious. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers with plenty of space. We enjoyed the spacious balcony while drinking coffee in the mornings and watching the kids swim in the late afternoon. The condo is within walking distance to several restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. The owners have a storage closet stocked with all things needed(umbrella, chairs, toys) for a fabulous day at the beach.

Wonderful Condo! Wonderful Location!

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at Lauren's Beach Retreat. We love this condo! Very spacious, beautifully decorated and well situated for an ocean view. Pavilion Palms has a beautiful pool and is a very short walk to the beach. The owners have filled the outside storage room with many beach and pool supplies and the kitchen is outfitted with all the necessary items. The owners have set this condo up for a great vacation and are great to communicate with. We were 100% pleased with this entire experience and look forward to returning again next year!

Highly Recommend Lauren's Beach Retreat!

I recently graduated nursing school with my best friend and the two of us wanted to go on a fun vacation together. We stayed at Lauren's Beach Retreat and had the best time! The condo was very spacious and so nicely decorated. We had a very short walk to the beach! We were also in a great location, being within walking distance to Pompano Joe's and other beach front restaurants! The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with! Wonderful experience!

The condo was perfect for us. There was 4 adults and 4 kids staying. It felt like home away from home. It was clean, fully stocked with convenient items on arrival (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, spices, etc). Of course we replenished the items we used, but it was nice not having to run out as soon as we arrived. The beds were beyond comfortable! I loved the beach decor too. The balcony was so nice too. We were able to look out at the palm trees, pool, and could see some of the ocean too. The condo was so convenient to the beach, only a parking lot and a crosswalk away from it. The pool had a hose and a shower outside to clean off all the sand after visiting the beach and before getting in the pool. The storage unit had beach chairs, toys, and a push cart to bring the items to the beach! Walking distance to Pompano Joe’s where we enjoyed happy hour and seafood. I miss it so much already. We had a wonderful time for our first stay in Destin & we can’t wait to go back!

Lauren’s beach retreat was absolutely AMAZING!

Lauren’s beach retreat was absolutely AMAZING! There was everything you needed right there! The rental was fully stocked with everything to cook with, start out your vacation, and enjoy the whole time there! From kitchen accessories to bathroom linens and beach equipment. Honestly it was so convenient to enjoy time at the pool or walk over to the beach. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony and cooking out on the grill at dinner time. The owners have it decorated beautifully on the inside and it makes you feel right at the beach! I would definitely come back here & hopefully someday have a place just as nice to call my own beach retreat! Thank you to the owners for open communication and inviting us into your beach home!

Excellent location in Miramar Beach Area

I rented this condo for my husband, daughter and her family - plus we had 3 grandkids. This condo was very clean and spacious. I could tell the owners cared about this property. One of the nicest features was the spacious covered veranda, which provided good sun cover if needed, and could be used in the rain as well. The owners were responsive and easy to communicate with during the pre-renting process. Even little things (that can be a huge benefit!) like appliances (dishwasher, frig, ice maker, washer and dryer) all worked well which was wonderful. The 3 full bathrooms were all reasonable sizes which was a pleasant surprise too. There were ample towels in the bathrooms and kitchen area. The photos accurately show this unit accurately; the unit IS how it appears in photos! We would definitely rent from these owners again!

Our home away from home.

Lauren’s Beach Retreat is wonderful. The beautiful kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need. The rooms are spacious. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We spent many hours on the balcony’s comfortable furniture overlooking the pool and the Gulf. The condo is very clean with lots of linens. The pool and grounds are very well kept. It was nice to have a garage. Walking distance to the Gulf and many restaurants. Lauren and Mark are very friendly attentive owners. We will be back.

Spacious Condo!

My daughter and 3 yr old Granddaughter stayed here with me. We loved the comfy space it offered With very nice decor. All bedrooms were a good size. Spent a lot of time out on the covered deck. It’s very private with plenty of shade and large comfortable furniture. Short walk up the steps So no need to use the elevator, which was nice. We may want to stay here again in the near future. Fall break trip

This is the second time staying at Laurens Beach Retreat- this place is amazing- plenty of room for the whole family - pictures really don’t do it justice - very well appointed - beds are comfy - very clean. Best place we have ever stayed!!!

This condo was perfect for our family of four! We loved the extra space and our kids had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The condo is so warm and welcoming and Mark was great! He checked on us during our stay to make sure all was well. He did not miss any details and was great to work with. The condo was just as the pictures show and the kitchen was very well stocked! I cooked a lot during our stay and we enjoyed eating on the balcony. We had a view of the gulf but we did not miss being oceanfront one time because the condo was so nice and quite. The walk to the beach is very short...just through the parking lot, across the road and down the steps to the beach. We will definitely be back!! This was the best family vacation we have taken! So many memories were made. During our stay, we took a private sailboat charter in Destin called Vitamin Sea Sailing Charters. That was so much fun! We got to see a bunch of dolphins and our kids did some snorkeling. I highly recommend doing this! We found them on Facebook. We also went scuba diving with Scuba Tech at the Destin jetties. It was awesome! After our excursions, we looked forward to going back to the condo to enjoy some much needed downtime. Our kids loved the WiFi and the TVs in their bedrooms. So relaxing!

Wonderful place to stay

We have taken vacations on the beach for 20yrs. This is the best place we have stayed. 3 bed 3 bath with lots of room. Highly recommend! We will rent this place again!! Great location and accommodations!
