The Sandy Feet Retreat is a beautiful and spacious 2-story, 6 bedroom, 7 bath vacation home! This upscale, modern beachy home features a private pool, 4 bedrooms with king sized beds and ensuite bathrooms, as well as two bunk rooms. The granite countertops and wood flooring give this home both a luxurious and casual feel, which is perfect for a beach vacation! The kitchen bar has seating for 4 and the dining room table seats 8, allowing for 12 people to dine at once. Sandy Feet is also a pet friendly home. All pets must be approved before reserving the home. Sandy Feet is just a few blocks from the sugar white sand and the emerald waters of the beautiful Gulf Coast. Of course, guests also have access to the private beach access on Hollywood street. Destin Commons, Grand Boulevard, Baytowne Wharf, and Silver Sands Designer Outlet Malls are all within a few short miles!

KITCHEN:The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is fully stocked with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig, blender, griddle, crockpot, and all utensils and cookware needed to provide a wonderful cooking experience. There is also a center island bar that will seat 4 people, across from the dining room table.

DINING ROOM: The dining room has a very large sturdy, custom-made wood table that seats up to 10. It comes with a view of the backyard and pool area.

LIVING ROOM: The living room is part of the open floor concept with the kitchen and dining. It has a large flat screen TV with two couches and additional seating making it the perfect relaxing spot for a vacation movie!

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: Upon entering the home, located on the left-hand side is bedroom #1. It features a king-size bed, dresser, nightstands, flat screen tv, and plenty of natural light. This bedroom is connected to a private bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

LAUNDRY + HALF BATH #7: Located just inside the front door to the right you will find a spacious half bath with a laundry closet. This has a full size washer and dryer.

BACKYARD: The luxurious backyard has a private pool with an outdoor dining set that seats 6, and multiple lounge chairs. There is a grill, and propane is provided for you. The pool can be heated in the cooler months, upon request. The driveway can accommodate 5 cars, plus the golf cart.



2ND FLOOR:



BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: This bedroom is spacious and includes a king-size bed, dresser, nightstands, flat screen tv. It is also connected to a private bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

•Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.

•Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

•Weddings & Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.

If a reservation is canceled before 60 days prior to arrival, we charge %25 of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.
