This beautiful home is perfectly situated right on the beach - it felt like our own personal oasis. There is no fuss with getting on/off the beach because there is a short path from the back door straight to the beach. The house is also conveniently located near restaurants, shops, etc. The house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and has plenty of space for large groups. The view from the master bedroom is overlooking the ocean and just gorgeous! And the spacious balconies allow everyone to enjoy the beach views. I spent an entire morning snuggled up on the balcony! It was a perfect getaway - we didn't want to leave!

The Magnificat has got to be the best place to relax on the beach, anywhere in Florida. The house was exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, well laid out for large groups, and the location was perfect. It was far enough away from all of the condos and hotels that we didn't have to deal with a bunch of kids on spring break, but was close enough to all of the conveniences and nightlife of Destin. We could relax, undisturbed on the pure white sand of our private beach, or choose to mingle at the local watering holes. The house itself, was absolutely awesome. Three stories, with a gas grill, media room and wet bar, downstairs (conveniently located next to your very own hot tub), a full spacious kitchen on the second floor, with yet another living/entertainment area, two balconies with amazing views of the clear blue water, and enough bedrooms and bathrooms for even a large family or a bunch of close friends. The Magnificat is the only place to stay, if you're visiting Destin. I highly recommend it and cannot wait to visit again.

I stayed here for about a week and it was fantastic! The location was prime, and the beach was amazing! The beach is private, therefore you don't have to worry about searching for a place to sit in a sea of people. There was plenty of space in this home, and the house was very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this beach home to anyone searching for a relaxing getaway!

Our family of six was back for the third stay at this beautiful place. The house is wonderful and the beaches are spectacular. If you have had enough of the sun and sand, there are so many things close by that appeal to many age levels. Our kids range from 22 to 6 and all of them have so much fun in this area of Destin. We have stayed at other areas of Alabama and Florida to enjoy the beaches and none of them compare to the white sands and turquoise clear water in this part of Florida. The beach is a very short walk off of the back deck and having a stretch of private beach is really nice.

Beautiful house with an even better view; it's right on the beach! When we arrived the house was clean and ready for us to start our week at the beach! The location was excellent for our big group; the outlet mall, grocery stores, seaside, etc were never a far drive for anyone who did not want to spend the day at the house. The house was very spacious and everyone had plenty of room for themselves. The manager, David, was very helpfully and was able to answer all of our questions quickly! Would highly recommend this location to anyone!

I stayed at this wonderful home for a week, it is in a prime location only a mile away from the outlet mall, grocery stores, baytowne, etc. It was great walking up with all the doors open looking out onto the beach, and being able to walk out and see dolphins swimming by. The private beach was ideal! Including a hot tub, huge kitchen, and ample amounts of space. Highly recommend!

I stayed at this amazing home for about a week! The location was perfect with a private beach. It was so nice to not have to worry about trying to find the perfect spot on the beach since you had the beach all to yourself! This house is conveniently located close to Baytowne, the outlets, and other stores! There was plenty of space in the house and it was very neat. I would highly recommend this beach to anyone looking for the perfect getaway!

The Magnificat is truly heaven this side of heaven! The view is breathtaking from morning until night. I honestly don't know what time of the day was my favorite. We would walk each morning on the white sand, and end each day sitting on the balcony watching the moon put itself to sleep in the ocean. The beach themed decor adds to the beauty of this home and every room is spacious. You can see and listen to the magnificent ocean not only from the living room balcony, but from the master bedroom balcony too. The two large living areas upstairs and downstairs allow you to have time with the adults while the kids can have their own space downstairs. The managers, Laurie and David, made sure everything was perfect on our arrival and even checked in with us during the week. They helped us by suggesting local restaurants and activities that all of us would enjoy.You could tell that they truly wanted my family and me to have a trip of a lifetime. The central location of the Magnificent is superb! You are less than a mile from the Destin outlet mall and can get most anywhere within 15 minutes. If we ever get to visit Destin again, there is no doubt where we will stay. Hands down it will be the magnificent Magnificent!
