This stunning 6BR/ 5.5BA three level home features expansive balconies and plenty of outdoor seating, an elevator, hardwood and travertine tile floors, granite and marble countertops and two bedrooms and living areas with Gulf views.

The gated courtyard with a gas grill provides the perfect place to prepare the fresh catch of the day. There is a Gulf front first floor living room complete with a sleeper sofa, 40” TV, game table with seating for four, granite countertop mini bar with icemaker, refrigerator and sink.

The first level of the home has a Gulf front queen bedroom with and a gulf front King bedroom 21” flat screen TV with an a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower on the first level of the home. There is beach access from this level as well as a beachfront balcony with outdoor seating.

The second floor living area features a huge great room furnished with a comfy sofa, two oversized chairs and a 50” TV. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for four, a Viking gas oven, wine cooler, warming drawer, convection oven and more. The dining room provides seating for six. There is a large bunk room on this level with 2 full-size beds, 2 twin beds, a 21” inch TV and a private bathroom with a huge marble shower, separate bath tub and marble vanity.

A master bedroom suite overlooking the Gulf is situated on the third floor. This bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and master bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, dual vanities and plenty of closet space. There is a queen sleeping sofa in this room. This floor also features two separate queen bedrooms with 21” inch flat screen TVs and private bathrooms with tub/shower combinations.

The water sports and outdoor activities wear you out head on over to the Silver Sands premium outlet mall where you will find 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurant options (just 2 minutes from the heart of Frangista Beach!) In addition to the restaurants found at the outlet mall you will find countless dining and shopping options within a 10 mile radius of your community including two beach front options within walking distance (the Whales Tail and Pompano Joes) If you are looking for a bit of nightlife head on over to the village at Baytown wharf; here you will find numerous night spots, upscale dining, zip lines and activities for the kids and fireworks all summer long! (Just 5 minutes east of Frangista Beach)

Parking available for up to 4-5 vehicles depending on size (includes garage). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.
