This beautiful tri-level is approximately 1700 square feet in size and is completely furnished. Full kitchen, 2 washer, dryers, dishwasher, microwave, 4 LCD TVs, 4 Blue Ray DVDs, 2 Private Balconies, WIFI and a private deck are but a few of the amenities. The rental rates are extremely competitive. The four bedroom three and half bath sleeps 10.

Large Italian tiles covers the entire townhouse. A few steps down from your private balcony to the deck and you are on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, 60-70 feet from the water. You can access the beach from either of the 2 balconies

Please understand this isn't a public property. This is a private home that I, the owner is renting it out.

(1) Rates don’t include cleaning fee or 12% tax which is on both cleaning & rent.
(2) Rates do not include damage deposit.
(3) Absolute max is 10. Kids above “18 months” are counted. Email the owner
(4) No visitors are allowed. Only register guests.
(5) Sever penalties and eviction for exceeding 10 (bringing more or joining at a later time)
(6) Email the owner about ratio of kids (under 25) to above 25
(7) In very very rare cases I accept a pet for a min $400.00 fee. This is not a deposit but a fee. Please don't assume all pets are allowed.
(a) Your pet must be approved in advanced in writing.
(b) You must indicate exact weight, breed and age.
(c) Your pet must be on the registration form with exact weight, name, breed and age.
(d) A unique registration must be filled out.
(e) Pets must be house trained.
(f) Pets must be Flea free.
(g) Additional Cleaning fee will be deducted from your damage deposit if
a. Pets get on furniture and bedding.
b. Pet hair is found in the unit. You are responsible for removing all pet hair
(h) Pets must be crated if owners are not present inside the property.
