This beautiful tri-level is approximately 1700 square feet in size and is completely furnished. Full kitchen, 2 washer, dryers, dishwasher, microwave, 4 LCD TVs, 4 Blue Ray DVDs, 2 Private Balconies, WIFI and a private deck are but a few of the amenities. The rental rates are extremely competitive. The four bedroom three and half bath sleeps 10.

(3) Absolute max is 10. Kids above “18 months” are counted. Email the owner
(4) No visitors are allowed. Only register guests.
(5) Sever penalties and eviction for exceeding 10 (bringing more or joining at a later time)
(6) Email the owner about ratio of kids (under 25) to above 25
(7) In very very rare cases I accept a pet for a min $400.00 fee. This is not a deposit but a fee. Please don't assume all pets are allowed.
(a) Your pet must be approved in advanced in writing.
(b) You must indicate exact weight, breed and age.
(c) Your pet must be on the registration form with exact weight, name, breed and age.
(d) A unique registration must be filled out.
(e) Pets must be house trained.
(f) Pets must be Flea free.
(g) Additional Cleaning fee will be deducted from your damage deposit if
a. Pets get on furniture and bedding.
b. Pet hair is found in the unit. You are responsible for removing all pet hair
(h) Pets must be crated if owners are not present inside the property.

We had such a great time in this condo! We had six adults and everyone had plenty of room. There are three decks, so everyone can spread out and have some space. My mother enjoyed stretching out on the lowest deck, listening to the waves and reading. The beach is not crowded and there is nice sandbar, allowing you to get out past the breaking waves while still being in water only waist to chest high. They condo was well-stocked for cooking the few times we decided to eat in. My daughter and mother shared the down stairs bedroom/sitting room and loved that they could walk right out on the balcony. They neighbors are pretty quiet too. On the street side, there is a little convenience store just across the street which was pretty handy when we ran out of drinks and such. There is also a paved walking/bike trail just across the street. We walked to the outlets one day while my daughter drove the rest of the group. There are several restaurants close by that you can walk too and tons more in driving range. We loved Acme Oyster House and McGuire's Irish Pub. We would definately stay here again if visiting the area.

This vacation was a Christmas gift to our adult children and our parents. Our must haves were a clean home with enough bedrooms for all of us and private access & close proximity to the ocean. And we got exactly what we wanted. We had an incredibly relaxing week, sipping coffee while watching the sunrise, enjoying meals on the deck, and taking dips in the ocean anytime we wanted. It was perfect!! The owner was wonderful too....suggestions for dinner and activities were helpful since this was our first time in Destin. There were no surprises, the condo was just as nice in person as it was in the pictures. There are some things that are not supplied, but the owner was very thorough in letting us know that from the beginning so it was not an issue. I definitely recommend this property to any ocean loving family wanting to relax in a clean & modern condo!

The house was very nice. Kitchen was well stocked with good appliances.

Bedrooms were nice with comfortable beds. Decks had shade areas and a beautiful view of the water. The owner was very cooperative and was available for our questions. I would definitely recommend this town house.

My family and I had a great time. Place was nice, clean, updated and perfectly located. Being able to walk out the door and directly onto the beach was incredible. We also were able to walk to numerous bars and restaurants along the beach (Whales Tail, Beach Bar, Pompano Joes, Surf Hut to name a few). Would definitely stay here again!

We totally loved the recently updated unit. GREAT location! literally RIGHT ON the beach! FABULOUS view! NO high-rises close by! We had the beach pretty much to ourselves. Some our our favorite things / memories ... having coffee early each morning, listening to the waves and birds, reading or listening to music on the beach feeling the breeze, watching sunsets from the balcony, walking with a flashlight at night and enjoying fantastic food nearby. Our unit was very clean, comfortable and without problems. Was surprised at how helpful the owner was ... providing us with tons of helpful tips, making sure we have what was needed as well as being only a text away. We will definitely be back next year! We were so close to the outlet mall, Baytown Warf and San Destin Complex ... all within 15 minutes. And Seaside was only about 25 minutes from us. So much to do but then able to relax and enjoy a quiet get-away. Can't wait for next year.

This unit is right on the beach which we loved. You literally step off your deck onto the sand. It is an older unit, but it has been updated. It was very clean and we had everything we needed.

We brought our two pets and they loved it too. They are not allowed on the beach, but there is a sidewalk across the street where we would walk them several times a day and they loved meeting other pets and their owners. You can see the ocean from the sidewalk. There are also a couple of restaurants nearby that will allow dogs on the outside decks. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to any request.

We had a Wonderful vacation at Sunchase #9 August 2016. The Townhouse is literally steps to the beach and the views are AWESOME! The owner is very kind and helpful. Very quick to respond to any questions or concerns during our stay! We had a great time!!

This has been our second trip to Destin and staying in this unit. We enjoyed it as much as last year. This unit has plenty of space for our group, very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and most of all located in a great area. This unit has two Living rooms and two beach side balconies right on the beach with only a few steps from the Gulf of Mexico. Owner is very nice and easy to work with. We highly recommend this unit and we are coming back.


May 2016

We had an awesome/fun time. The whole family was able to relax, enjoy time together and the most beautiful beach in the world. The townhome was clean, comfortable and large enough for all 8 of us. We loved every minute of our stay, from the early morning coffee on the balcony to the glass of wine shared at sunset. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook the fresh Gulf Coast seafood from the local seafood markets. This area has beautiful pristine soft sugar white sand and clear emerald waters without the crowds. We will be back this summer. Great restaurants and shopping close by. It feels like your own piece of paradise, I highly recommend this place, best valued vacation rental, right on the beach, a true Gulf front townhome with great views.

We had a fabulous time and enjoyed every minute of our stay in this townhouse. This place has a perfect view of the beach. You can watch the spectacular sunrise and sunsets from your balconies. The beach is right there……you can simply step down from your two balconies and you are on white sandy beaches. There are no roads to cross. No buildings that block your view. The place was immaculately clean with very comfortable beds and plenty of towels. The kitchen was fully stocked and we found everything we needed there. We loved the no carpeted rooms. The place was beautifully tiled. The photos on the website don’t do justice …… They need to be changed.

Grocery stores, the factory outlets and restaurants were all very close. We walked to Whales Tail many mornings for breakfast or a fish sandwich at lunch. Pompano Joe’s were much longer walk and we decided to drive but you can walk there. Love their huge windows that almost always fully open.

We highly recommend this townhouse for its perfect location, being clean, comfortable, friendly owner and easy booking process. We are coming back.

We stayed here last October and really enjoyed it. The place was clean with everything we needed. The views from the master bedroom, living room and den were breathtaking. The owner was very easy to work with. The gulf front townhouse is in a great location. Nothing is too far away. We’ll be back.
