Your family will have a great beach vacation in Destin, Florida, when staying at this newly renovated property. 'The Crabby Hunter' is located on the first street in the subdivision located closest to the beach and the sugar white sands of the Gulf. This extensively remodeled three story luxury vacation home is located approximately 250 yards from the beach (2-3 minute walk) and is only a short distance away from the neighborhood pool within the EMERALD SHORES subdivision, a gated beach ownership community! We liked your house very much. Also, the location of the house was great, very close to the private beach. It took us to get there for 3 minutes by walk. Nice gated community. We would consider that place in our next trip.

Overall was pleased with stay at The Crabby Hunter. Good location and plenty of room for whole family. Some things not pleased with was no propane in gas grill, closest pool was closed for a whole day for maintenance. The check out procedures were okay but don't understand why we had to sweep the floors, I would think the cleaning fee would be more than enough to cover a total cleaning.

Really nice house that is very close to the beach. The gated neighborhood was clean, well-manicured, and quiet. Close to 2 great restaurants within walking distance and a Dollar General store - we only made one major grocery trip, then picked up odds & ends on foot at the DG - really nice with the crazy traffic right now! The house has a second fridge in the utility room which was great. It's freshly decorated which is awesome. Needs some rugs to cut down on indoor noise if you have kids, but overall a great choice.

Emerald Shores was a great place to meet up with are family and friends from the Air Force for 4th of July. The home was very cleaned, beds are very comfortable and we had 2 refrigerators which was perfect. We did you the shuttle service back and forth to the beach. Never had any issues with hot water which was fantastic. The kitchen is pretty well stocked. We had a charcoal grill and a gas grill. They also had some beach chairs and boogie boards.
