1ST FLOOR:

KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. It’s bold design features both white and blue cabinetry! Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, coffeepot, crock-pot, griddle, blender….as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. Also has a large, counter-height, island bar with at least 6 bar stools. It’s located in the back left corner of the home, and has a window with a view of the back screened-in patio, and the pool in the backyard.

DINING ROOM: The dining room is located just past the home entryway. It has TWO beautiful tables, not just one. It is just before the kitchen and bar, so anyone sitting at the bar stools will not be far from the rest of the family.

LIVING ROOM: This spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, in an open-concept lay-out. It has large windows with a view of the back screened-in patio, and pool in the backyard. It has 2 full-sized couches, one loveseat, and a mounted flat screen TV.

BEDROOM #1 + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom is off the entry way to the right. It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in tub/shower combination.

BATHROOM #8: (HALF BATH): Located off of the entryway to the left. All the bathrooms in the home have custom-built in cabinetry and granite counter-tops.

BACK SCREENED-IN PATIO & OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE: Located off the back of the home, off of the living room and kitchen, is a large and cozy screened-in patio space. It includes a smaller, secondary kitchenette, an outdoor dining table and a living space. All protected from the sun and weather.

BACKYARD: This oasis of a backyard is lush and tropical. There’s a hammock, large 6-person dining set with an umbrella, gas grill, and several lounge chairs. There is a HOT TUB SPA, and the private, saltwater pool can be heated in the cooler months.

2ND FLOOR:

CAFE AREA: Located in the middle of the 2nd floor is a café, with bistro tables, a coffee bar, with a Kuerig, Coffee maker, and mugs. Also has a mini fridge! This is a great area to relax after waking up in the morning.

BEDROOM #2 + BATHROOM #2: At the top of the 2nd floor landing, go down the hall to the left, (back towards the front of the home), and the first room you come to is bedroom #2. It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and mounted flat screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower.

BEDROOM #3 + BATHROOM #3: A little further down the hall from bedroom #2, is bedroom #3. This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and mounted flat screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower/tub combination.

BEDROOM #4 + BATHROOM #4: This bedroom is up the stairs, off of the main landing. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower/tub combination.

BEDROOM #5 + BATHROOM #5: Go straight at the top of the stair landing, down the hall to the left is this bedroom. It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower.

FRONT BALCONY: At the end of the hallway, near bedrooms 2 & 3, there is a door that accesses a small balcony off the front of the home. Includes a few comfy chairs.

3RD FLOOR:

3RD FLOOR GAME ROOM AREA: This is located at the top of the home. It includes a handful of classic arcade-style games for the whole family to enjoy.

UPSTAIRS LIVING AREA & KITCHENETTE: This is, yet again, another common area for the home to share! The living section includes seating and mounted flat screen tv. And the kitchenette has a sink, microwave, Keurig, a few basic utensils, and a SECOND REFRIGERATOR!

BEDROOM #7 (BUNK ROOM): To the left, behind the kitchenette, is a bunk room with 2 full-over-full bunk beds, sleeping 8 people.

BEDROOM #8 (BUNK ROOM): To the left, past the kitchenette, is another bunk room identical to bedroom #7.

BATHROOM # 7: This bathroom is for bedrooms 7 and 8 to share. It is a full bathroom complete with shower and tub.

3RD-FLOOR BALCONY: located off of the 3rd-floor game area is a balcony with seating and a great view.

-We are using all the appropriate sanitizing agents, such as Anti Bacterial cleaners & disinfectants. We use a commercial grade Anti Viral/Bacteria spray that gets used on all hard & soft surfaces throughout the homes.
-Linens always get properly washed, and fresh sets brought after each guest checkout. So guests get all fresh sheets, towels and bath mats.
-Our pools are always professionally maintained to ensure proper balancing of the chemicals for a a safe and healthy pool.
