Enter condo B504 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom condo sits on the 5th floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo, tennis courts, and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!

This condo can conveniently accommodate a couple, or small family of 4. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 4 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.

All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!

Unique Benefits

The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and a smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There is a video game room, 2 lighted tennis courts, a shuffleboard, and a fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with gas & charcoal grills are available any time and located next to the clubhouse. In the clubhouse, you will find a large meeting room with games, computer access & a large screen TV.

There are also kayak and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasails very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive that you can access by just walking across the street from the condo.

The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area's largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded!

All rentals come with complimentary daily beach service from March 1st - October 31st. Complimentary beach service consists of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily, weather permitting.

Area Information

The Beach House Condominiums are located in Miramar Beach, FL, and sits directly on the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The complex is situated away from the main traffic of Destin in a quiet area, but walking distance, or a short drive from plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores and the area’s largest outlet mall, Silver Sands Premium Outlets. The physical address is 675 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach, FL 32550.

The area is filled with activities, live music, restaurants, local events, and annual festivals. To the east is the Village of Baytowne Wharf is a great place to spend the day or an evening enjoying live music and entertainment along with some shopping, dining, and drinks. Just a mile from the property is The Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is an enormous, outdoor outlet mall boasting over 100 brand name outlet stores. Heading west from the property is the Destin commons, an open-air shopping center with a range of well-known stores, restaurants and even a theater. On the far end of town, about 10 miles from The Beach House Condominiums, is the Destin harbor. The harbor is filled with activities including fishing charters, dolphin cruises, jet ski rentals, festivals, concerts and much more. Along with the activities, the harbor also maintains some of the most popular and longest standing restaurants in town including Dewey Destin's, AJ's, McGuire’s, and Harbor Docks.

The Surf Hut--500 feet to the east. The beachside restaurant you can walk to with outside seating.
Pompano Joe's--On the beach about 1 mile west. Great seafood & atmosphere! Seafood nachos are awesome!
Whale's Tail--on the beach to the west serving breakfast.
