Enter condo B504 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom condo sits on the 5th floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo, tennis courts, and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!
This condo can conveniently accommodate a couple, or small family of 4. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 4 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.
All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!

Unique Benefits
The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and a smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There is a video game room, 2 lighted tennis courts, a shuffleboard, and a fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with gas & charcoal grills are available any time and located next to the clubhouse. In the clubhouse, you will find a large meeting room with games, computer access & a large screen TV.
There are also kayak and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasails very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive that you can access by just walking across the street from the condo.
The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area's largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded!
All rentals come with complimentary daily beach service from March 1st - October 31st. Complimentary beach service consists of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily, weather permitting.
Area Information
The Beach House Condominiums are located in Miramar Beach, FL, and sits directly on the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The complex is situated away from the main traffic of Destin in a quiet area, but walking distance, or a short drive from plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores and the area’s largest outlet mall, Silver Sands Premium Outlets. The physical address is 675 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach, FL 32550.
The area is filled with activities, live music, restaurants, local events, and annual festivals. To the east is the Village of Baytowne Wharf is a great place to spend the day or an evening enjoying live music and entertainment along with some shopping, dining, and drinks. Just a mile from the property is The Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is an enormous, outdoor outlet mall boasting over 100 brand name outlet stores. Heading west from the property is the Destin commons, an open-air shopping center with a range of well-known stores, restaurants and even a theater. On the far end of town, about 10 miles from The Beach House Condominiums, is the Destin harbor. The harbor is filled with activities including fishing charters, dolphin cruises, jet ski rentals, festivals, concerts and much more. Along with the activities, the harbor also maintains some of the most popular and longest standing restaurants in town including Dewey Destin's, AJ's, McGuire’s, and Harbor Docks.

The Surf Hut--500 feet to the east. The beachside restaurant you can walk to with outside seating.
Pompano Joe's--On the beach about 1 mile west. Great seafood & atmosphere! Seafood nachos are awesome!

No refunds for cancellations less than 60 days before arrival date. Deposits will be retained for all cancellations within the 60 day period. Guests may receive a full refund if the vacation is cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Deposit Policy
$250.00 Reservation deposit will be due at the time of booking.
$250.00 Refundable damage deposit required on all reservations. Refunds will be returned within 2 weeks of departure assuming no damage to the unit. If there is damage to the unit, or missing articles, it will be deducted from deposit.

Once again, our stay was great! The room (504B) had been updated a little from our previous stays, so that was nice to see. We love the fact that our two chairs and umbrella on the beach are included with our stay and all we need to bring to the beach are our towels, sunscreen, water, and snacks!Checking in and out was a breeze. The only downside is we could only rent Saturday-to-Saturday and we really like to extend our vacation by a few days, but not a whole week. So, we ended up checking into a hotel for the first 2-days of our vacation.All in all, it was another fantastic stay.Thanks, Bestdestinbeachhouserental Team!

Our stay at Beach House was the best! Everything was very easy on arrival-parking, carts nearby for luggage, large elevator & keyless entry into condo. We loved the location! We loved the view! The condo was large and the layout was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything we needed. Having free beach chairs and umbrella was very handy. We used the pool chairs on windy days. The king sized mattress was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Our anniversary is in mid November. We wanted a beach vacation, knowing full well the weather might not be that great. Our condo at B504 The Beach House Condominiums, had the perfect beach view for our stay! We didn't spend much time outside, but just seeing the view from anywhere in the living room, dining area, or kitchen, was enough for us to enjoy 'the beach', this time around! The condo is pretty spacious and the full kitchen has everything you could possibly need if you want to cook. Our hostess checked in via email after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed and to see if we had any questions. The condo was decorated in a beach theme and was very cute. The only slightly negative thing I would say, and it isn't anything bad, is that we have stayed in timeshares for years. If that is you, then I would just tell you not to expect timeshare furniture, bedspread, etc., as far as newness goes. The couch was well worn, but the condo felt very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we felt very much at home there. And, did I say we LOVED the view?? We looked around the property, and there are several access points to the beach, a nice pool area, tennis courts, a workout room, etc. A trash chute is conveniently located just down the hall from the front door. We found a lot of things to do in the area, and there are restaurants galore. We had sea food every night of our stay and it was all good! I'm already missing the gorgeous view. I would love to stay there again.

Absolutely beautiful condo with several extras included. There was even a welcome package for us that included sunscreen, a cute little beach bag, popcorn and other goodies that came in handy during our stay. We had a wonderful week at this condo. It was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The view was exceptional and we enjoyed the deck. Having the chairs and umbrellas on the beach set up for us was an added bonus! We really enjoyed having the private beach area. The location was great. Convenient to restaurants and shopping but away from the crowds. We appreciated the contacts from the property manager. She was available for any questions or concerns we had. Awesome condo, cozy for the two of us but the kids could be here too! Well stocked, clean with everything we needed. The balcony was awesome, directly on the Guld of Mexico, long views down each side of the beach for beautiful sunrises and spectacular sunsets. We had an awesome time!

The room was very nice. We felt safe with this COVID-19 using the elevator limited to one family at a time. On the beach that nobody was in front or behind us underneath the umbrella. We felt like The Beach House were doing everything they could to make it safe for their customers. Also the security person was doing his job checking the wrist bands making sure you were an occupant at The Beach House.
