Welcome to the Emerald Oasis! This lovely home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that sleeps up to 17 guests in beds. The Oasis' flagship feature is its 650sqft private pool with a luxurious 150sqft tanning shelf and 3 bubblers. As part of the community of Paradise Retreat, guests have access to privately deeded beach access with an 8 minute walk or can take a 3 minute drive in the home-included 6-seater golf cart (with Bluetooth speakers) to the public beach parking situated next to the local seafood hotspot Pompano Joe's! Need a quick run to the store? This home is a 1 minute walk to the Dollar General. When it comes to relaxing at night or watching the game, the Oasis has you covered with 4K smart TVs in every bedroom and a 65" 4K TV swivel mounted in the living room.

In order to better server our guests and follow CDC guidelines, all properties are following a higher standard of sanitation on turnover. Please inquire for details.

Student groups will require a minimum damage deposit of $100 per person. Student groups are charged on a per person basis and must be approved before booking.

Home is almost exclusively booked Saturday to Saturday during peak Spring and Summer.

Pool Heating is an additional $50 per day

1. If for any reason Guest cancels, transfers, or changes reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged to Guest as follows:

a. 25% of the rental total will be charged if Guest makes any change with 60 or more days remaining before arrival date.

b. 50% of the rental total will be charged if Guest makes any change between 30 and 60 days remaining before arrival date.

c. 100% of the total rental will be charged if Guest makes any change with 30 or less days remaining before arrival date.

Rates are usually based on 14 guests. Additional guests are $100 per booking/week.

Student pricing is done on a per student basis (between $200 to $350 per person depending on size and week) and WILL be different than quoted price. Please contact me with questions.

Please ask for my rental agreement before booking. Where in conflict, the terms of my rental agreement supersede all other terms and information elsewhere.

No fish frying in the kitchen. Please use the outdoor grill. This is to maintain a fresh home for the next guests. Thank you.
