Welcome to our new 4bed 3 bath home built in 2017.Located on main road to Miramar Beach and Pompano Joes. We offer a wide range of amenities. Our property has a large fenced in back yard perfect for hosting. Enjoy your private pool and above ground hot tub perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. We are located in a private cul de sac off Ellis Road. Plenty of parking and RV space as well. Located at our property you will enjoy, a wet bar, enclosed sun room with TV perfect for watching sports, pool toys, Margarita machine, Two Refrigerators. One master Bedroom has a mini kitchen for privacy and private entrance from the main part of home or rear pool side of home. You will be staying close enough to beach but far enough to avoid all the unwanted traffic and pedestrians!

About the owner: We are a loving family that enjoys to travel. We purchased this home because we fell in love with Miramar Beach and now we have the pleasure of sharing it with you.
Why this property? There are many rentals in Miramar, however few very few have their own private pool and spa with a huge yard to entertain. This property has both those things. Huge Yard and Private Pool and Spa. Don't let your vacation be ruined due crowds. Come enjoy your vacation at your own private home.

My family decided to take a vacation with little time left reserve a home. The owners responded and communicated what I needed to do. This took away the stress of finding a good rental & secure within 2 days of vacation. The location is tuck away, so it felt very private. The kids loved the pool & hot tub. I enjoyed the golf cart drive to the beach.

The kitchen is huge & open with plenty of room for family to eat together. This home was immaculate and exactly how described. We loved being able to walk or use golfcart to get to beach a few blocks away. It is also within walking distance to Alvin's island store, ice cream, and pizza place. Yet, the home is in a quiet corner & feels like you have all to yourself. We enjoyed having our own personal pool & hot tub when we didn't go to the beach. Easy to work with owners who care about you & your family. Angelia
