How do we access the home?
We provide driving directions, gate code access if needed, and a unique entry code for the door, after your balance payment is received.
When are my payments due?
A 20% deposit is required to reserve the home with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival
Do you accept payment in different currencies?
We accept payments in $ USD or £ GBP and other currencies at the prevailing exchange rate.
What should I do if I have a question or maintenance issue in the home?
There is a local management company who take care of the villa on behalf of the owner with contact phone numbers for non emergency matters during office hours and a 24x7 contact number for any emergency issues.

Had a great time In central Florida while staying at this rental property. April was a great host, quick at replying on any question, issue, or concern. The Windsor facilities were nice and clean staff friendly etc. The home was spacious, nice kitchen area, beds were comfy pillows were good also. Pool was clean crystal clear, spa was hot...once we figured out how to heat it up! Some spots in home were a little tired as it likely sees a fair amount of use but nothing terrible. Pool table and Foosball table were nice but not in the best shape but again it is a rental. Neighborhood was relatively quiet but still within 15 min of the local Walmart. The host had some new pans delivered so that was very nice. We left a nice orange scented plug in deodorizer just to give a whiff of something fresh and local. We opted for the bbq rental and it was in good shape! All in all a place I could recommend without hesitation. The only reason for a 4.4 as opposed to 5 star rating would be because of a few tired spots around the home.
