About this rental
Our Disney World themed townhome is located in the beautiful Emerald Island Resort. It is a gated community minutes from Disney and all of the main attractions in Kissimmee and Orlando. You will see we have decorated the home with Mickey Mouse and Animal Kingdom (we even have the same carpet upstairs as Animal Kingdom resort) decor.
Downstairs, we offer a fully equipped kitchen including pots and pans, cookie sheets, dinnerware, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, keurig, coffee pot, toaster, knives and utensils. A comfortable dining area that seats 6. The living room has a large comfortable sectional sofa with a chaise, ceiling fan and a 58" smart tv. There is a half-bath and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. There is also an outdoor patio to relax after a busy day at the parks.
Upstairs you will find the bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The kids bedroom, decorated in Mickey Mouse decor, features 2 twin beds. The master bedroom features a balcony, queen size bed, darkening curtains, and ceiling fan. The third bedroom features a queen bed. All bedrooms include a closet, dresser, tower fan and smart tv. The shared bathroom is decorated in Mickey Mouse and has a tub/shower combo. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower. Both upstairs bathrooms include a hair dryer.
*All tv's include cable and popular streaming apps. You can sign into the apps with your accounts.
*There is also fiber optic high speed internet.
Extras:
Iron and ironing board in the master closet.
Vacuum, broom, mop, bucket, and swiffer in the laundry room.
Tower fans are located in each bedroom.
Linens for beds are included.
One bath towel, wash cloth and hand towel is provided per guest.
We provide starter toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pod, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. There are several local stores close by for any additional items needed.
There are many resort style amenities also offered in the family friendly community. Two community pools and hot tubs, one being a short walk away, tennis courts, and basketball courts. There is a large club house with a tiki bar, fitness center, dry sauna, mini golf and a beach volleyball court.
Emerald Island requires each guest to purchase a key card for each vehicle. There is a $20 charge that must be paid with a card at the club house upon arrival. We, the host, will pay for your first key card but the guest would be responsible for any additional cards needed.

Please remember to review our rules below. There is an information book in our townhouse with Wi-Fi information, nearby restaurants, where to take out trash, etc. Check in time is at 4pm and check out time is at 10am.
No smoking, vaping or drug use.
No parties.
Eating/drinking only in the kitchen/dining room.
All trash must be bagged in a 13-gallon trash bag.
Shut and lock all doors when leaving.
Report any damages or broken items right away.
No tampering with blink camera at the front door.
No unregistered guests allowed.
Keep temperature of house between 70-76 degrees.
*If any rules are broken there will be additional fees.
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

About the owner: Hello! My name is Trishia and my husband's name is David. We have been married for over 15 years now and have 2 boys. We enjoy traveling but Florida is one of our favorite places to visit. I love palm trees and the magic of the area.
We purchased this property in December of 2021. It needed many updates so we had the entire townhouse painted and new flooring upstairs. We also purchased new furniture and decorated the townhouse in Disney theme. We wanted to share the excitement of Disney and Orlando with everyone. We are excited to share our little piece of happiness with you too!
Why this property? We love Emerald Island, there is a ton of free amenities guests can enjoy. I feel so relaxed when we get to visit our townhouse and enjoy going out on the balcony. We hope when you visit you can enjoy the magic!
