✬ A FEW DETAILS ABOUT YOUR STAY ✬

- Renters must sign a separate rental agreement with the owner,
within 48 hours of booking and provide a copy of your government photo ID.
- You must give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to verify your identity,
and check criminal databases in order to confirm your reservation. Complete

- If you complete the Safely screening, you can receive the added security of
knowing that your stay includes insurance against accidental damage up to $5,000.
- No pets, no parties, no smoking of any kind.
- A starter kit of complimentary toilet paper (one roll per bath), a paper towel
roll, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, body wash, shampoo and
conditioner is provided for your initial convenience. Guests are then
responsible for purchasing all further supplies required for the duration of
their stay.
- Security Camera on the doorbell at the front entrance that views the entryway and street in front of the house. It is motion-activated and can be remotely viewed by the
owner 24/7.
- Noise monitoring devices in the home and on the patio that record decibel
levels but not conversations
- NOTE ABOUT BUGS AND GECKOS - Florida has a lot of them! This was new
to me as we don't see insects in such quantities on the West Coast where
we live. Please be aware that even with the screened patio it is almost
impossible to keep every single insect out of the house. The home does
receive regular pest control treatments. You are likely to fare better if you
keep the front door closed as much as possible. They just love the front
entry light and will come right in if you let them.

✬ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS✬

Why do we have to sign a separate rental agreement?

Many of you may have seen stories in the news about huge vacation rental parties. These are prohibited by the platforms and our house rules but are hard to prevent. Given that our house is large, and a prime location for such a party, we want to do a little extra screening to make sure our guests are aware of our rules and have appropriate expectations.

What is the charge for pool/spa heat?

There is no charge for pool heat.

How many cars can I bring?

We do not have a specific number of cars allowed per booking. However, parking in the community can be problematic if every home hosts five or six cars. Please try to consolidate your party into as few vehicles as possible. There is street parking, but be careful not to park on lawns, over curbs, or on landscaping. The home has a two-car driveway and parking is available on the street. ATVs, recreational vehicles, golf carts, refrigerated trucks, and trailers are not allowed. There is no overflow parking.

Do you have a grill?

We have a grill that runs on propane. Plan to provide your own propane. We have a canister there that may be sufficient, but guests often don't notify us when they use the propane so there can be a delay in getting it filled for your stay.

Why can't we have any parties or events? How do I know if a planned gathering will violate the house rules?

Our goal is to avoid large parties and events that violate the platform rules and create havoc in a community. Magic Moments is, however, a great place for family and group gatherings and is sized accordingly. If you reserve the property with an accurate guest count and those are the only guests that will enter or reside at the residence, this is a good start. Bringing in outsiders, including local friends and family who are not staying overnight at the property, is not allowed. We ask that the booking guest stays at the property overnight for all of the nights booked, to ensure that someone aware of the rule is always at the residence. If you have any doubts or questions, just shoot us an email. We will answer quickly and help you decide.

Why Kids Love It

Magical Moments is perfect for hosting family gatherings. The game room with two Xbox consoles, air hockey, foosball, pinball, and a multi-arcade game keeps everyone busy - young and old. The pool table and board games upstairs add to the fun. When they tire of that, they can move on to the backyard pool, resort pool and lazy river, or play sand volleyball and basketball at the clubhouse. There is also a free resort arcade, and snack bar (for an additional fee).
