About this rental
Hello, Our vacation home is located in a gated community with a large swimming pool, playground for the children, shuffle board, pool table and a workout room. It’s a duplex with its own separate driveway. There are three bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen was just fully remodeled in 2022 and the living room furniture replaced in 2023. Please allow 24 hours from time you make your reservation until time you check in to allow ample time to make sure our place is cleaned and will exceed your expectations.
House is within 20-45 minutes of all the attractions, but you might not want to leave this resort.

Two Full size pools [open from 8am to 10pm, they just added lights!], heated spa, Lighted Basketball and Tennis courts, Work out room and pool table. The resort is right on a lake [Lake Marion], there is Fishing and Beach Volleyball. The family will have a blast.
Not only is this a great place for the kids, Mom and Dad need a break for themselves just as well. Maybe it's that perfect weekend getaway?
There is a private driveway that fits one car. If you bring an additional car please park it over to the left of the basketball courts and trash compactor, and it’s only a short walk over to the house.
There is a leaf for the table if you need a larger table. It’s in the front bedroom closet. There is a iron and ironing board in the laundry closet.
Our vacation home will sleep 8 comfortably. There’s a king, queen, 2 twins and a queen size sofa bed.

There's a very large pond in the backyard. We added a lanai so you can enjoy it without being "bugged".

Yes! There’s even a playground with swings and a slide over by the pool! And of course, there is a children pool.
Area Information
We are located 20 miles south of Orlando. Close enough to all the parks and far enough away from the traffic and hustle and bustle. My guess is you’ll enjoy your days at the resort more than the parks!

My name is Randy. I've owned this vacation home for over 20 years, and I promise to always keep up on it. I live in Maryland and have a superb cleaning lady and her husband who's my handyman that live locally. They just remodeled the kitchen in 2022. Your rental is greatly appreciated and I'm sure you will not only enjoy our home but the resort itself as well.

I have been a vacation renter at this property for 10 plus years now. We absolutely love our stay and we love all the new updates on the home my foster loved that her room was Mickey themed and her bathroom this truly made her day. Great place. Close to everything. Wonderful people. Pool and jacuzzi were great and 24 hr gated resort allows you too relax. Wish my dates were open for the same in 2024

Maggie A.Quiet relaxing rental
We have been staying at Randy’s rental for the past 10 years and it has become our winter home away from home. Randy has continued to upgrade his villa over the years and it has become more comfortable and updated. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops, new appliances and cabinets and the king bed in the master bedroom is a dream to sleep on. Randy is always amenable to suggestions and anything that needs fixing or replacing is done quickly. The location, with the pond behind the villa provides a peaceful setting and the variety of wildlife is amusing to watch. The pool is nearby and other amenities include tennis, pickle ball, basketball and shuffleboard. If you like to walk, the sidewalks around the community can provide a secure location to get your steps in. The area around the resort is starting to expand and I wouldn’t be surprised if there wasn’t a grocery store in place this winter. Currently there is a Family Dollar and Dollar General to pick up small items and a couple of gas stations close by.
