Honestly, my family and I enjoyed every minute of staying here. We had so much planned. But our children wanted to stay in the pool all day. So that’s what we did! We went food shopping and cooked all our meals. The house is in a gated community, prime location to everything. The staff are super friendly and responds fast. Here you’ll find multiple games to entertain everyone, from air hockey and foosball to more Xbox one video games.

The loft cinema room are great places to relax and enjoy movies in ultimate comfort. The plush stretch couches and enormous bean bags are where you’ll often find your missing family members during your time away.

When you aren't out making use of the many resort amenities, you’ll have two fantastic entertainment areas to enjoy in private. The enclosed dining area, pool, hot tub, and patio are real highlights of each home. An additional bonus is the patio TV, which ensures you don't miss a beat when you are firing up the grill, soaking in the pool, or tanning on the sun loungers.

POOL HEAT / PROPANE
The cost of base level Pool and / or Spa Heat (per listing details) and full Propane tank(s), will appear as "Resort Fee" at check out. Our Accidental Damage Insurance is also included in your reservation (does not cover violations of house rules), and it will appear as “Management Fee” when you check out. You do NOT need to purchase the VRBO extra damage waiver when you check out.

POOL: A baseline of setting of Pool Heat - set to 80 degrees in the summer (May - Sep), and 85 degrees in the winter (Sep - Apr) is included in your reservation. The Heat Pump Runs from 6AM - 12AM). During the winter, to maintain a more moderate pool temperature at all times, it requires a higher temperature (typically 90 degrees) and the pump to run 24 HRS a day during your stay. If this sounds like a better option for you, we can provide this service at an additional cost of $25 / Day. Please let our team know at least 24 HRS in advance, as it can take that amount of time to heat the pool with cooler outdoor temperatures.

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call/message away if any issues arise - we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. You will be able to self check in upon arrival.

Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! However, please note this option is only available if we don't have same day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.

Guests of this gorgeous Disney home have complete access to the whole house and the beautiful resort amenities throughout their stay. Self-check-in with the Smart Lock system is convenient. You will receive your unique code before you arrive.
