A Wonderful House and Location with Great Hosts.We had a wonderful time staying here. The close proximity to the parks, Malls and I192 for all the shops and restaurants is great. We loved the pool table and pool area for a bit of relaxation. It’s spacious and clean with everything you need. Also having a tv area and separate lounge area was useful. Thank you David and Aimee for letting us stay and the great communication throughout. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this property March 14th-22/2023. 4 adults and 4 children between ages 6-10. The house was very clean, spacious, pool was great. Everything was as described in the listing. Owners were excellent to deal with, response times to messages was very quick. Check in/out process was easy, with no issues. We had a great vacation with our family/friends. This house is conveniently located near all Disney Parks, Universal, Disney Springs, Walmart and so many restaurants! The house itself was clean, spacious for a family of 6 and well stocked. If you have small children this house carried strollers, toys, baby monitors, children’s utensils, dishes and books! Our kiddos are 9 & 13 and they enjoyed the air hockey and pool table. This house also came with a PlayStation 2 and lots of board games. But more than anything we used the pool when we weren’t park hopping. We paid for the pool to be heated (we rented at the end of March into early April) and it was beautiful. The lanai keeps the bugs out and we utilized the pool toys for a great time. The house had plenty of towels and extra blankets. The beds were all comfortable along with great pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The owners were amazing answering all our questions quickly and were always pleasant. Would definitely rent again in the future.

This rental home ended up being exactly what we needed for our group of friends. This was our first time staying off of Disney property and after our experience it will not be our last. The home had everything we could have needed. Tropical Storm Nicole hit while we were there and having the game room, full size kitchen and large home made the world of difference. We were incredible close to the parks, so much it didn’t necessarily feel offsite yet you had the amenities of restaurants and big box stores. We hope to be back very soon!

This 4 bedroomed villa is in the gated community of Emerald Island. The location for all the Disney parks is perfect. It is about 15 minutes from the villa to Animal Kingdom and all the parks are easily within a 30 minute drive. Universal, Sea World and the Outlets are a bit further at about 45-60 minutes depending on traffic on the I4. The villa itself is very well appointed with lots of everything you will need. It is tastefully furnished and a lot of effort has been made to ensure the villa feels homely and restful. It has a generous sized kitchen area that works especially well; with lots of storage space for bits and bobs. The house has an electronic lock so there is no chance of getting locked out. Everything works as it should. The aircon is very effective, thank goodness! The large double-door fridge held all our food and kept our drinks very cold. The pool and pool area are not massive but easily big enough for 6 plus people. The pool gets the sun from about 9.30am to about 3.30pm. The air conditioned games room was a nice touch and the kids enjoyed the air hockey and the PS2 as well as the pool table. The owners were extremely reliable and ALWAYS answered my texts very promptly - a rarity when dealing with most owners! They were proactive in all our dealings and I was impressed at how quickly they reacted to a minor problem that we had. All in all no complaints or issues with the rental. Our stay went smoothly and was stress-free. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa and would definitely consider renting it again if (when) we return to Disney.

Book now! I want to start off by saying the pictures posted for this Airbnb do not do it justice. In the posted pictures the Airbnb looked a little outdated to me but boy was I wrong and there is literally everything you will need in this house. This house was shared by myself and two other families for 13 days so if there was going to be anything wrong we definitely would have found out. We had four teen girls share the room that has the bunk beds and then each set of parents got their own room. There are three full bathrooms so we spit them one per family and basically the kids used their parents bathroom. The amount of space in this house was great. The location could not be better. You are about 8-10 minutes away from everything. The neighborhood was awesome. I really have no complaints and I’m so glad we booked this house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Easter week. The house was as described and was great for our family. The bunk room was perfect for us to fit 3 kids while still having 3 other rooms for parents and grand parents. The neighborhood was nice and a great respite from all the busyness of days in the theme parks. It was convenient to have commercial areas nearby as well. The owners were very responsive to follow up on some minor issues.

The property was even better than expected. We have stayed the entire month of February, for the past number of years, at the Emerald Island Resort. Most of the homes have been fairly represented, but this one is a cut above. All the major kitchen appliances are of good quality. The home shows no signs of heavy wear and is well supplied with the every day required needs to cook, relax, play or just enjoy the resort. We usually find there are not enough towels, glasses, silverware or auxiliary small appliances in most homes, but not this one. The kitchen table seats 4 comfortably, while the dinning room table seats 8. The garage has been reconfigured to a game room and has some nice options for kids. The owners respond quickly to your questions, and are good to work with. We would certainly rent this place again.

This home is even better than the pictures show and everything you could want when vacationing with a family of 3 teenagers. We were not in town for the theme parks rather for AAU girls basketball. The home was beautiful and very clean, it had everything we wanted. We truly enjoyed the stay and between the pool and the really nice game room my teenagers didn't even realize there were theme parks in the area. Great chance to relax as a family. Aimee and David were very gracious hosts, slight issue with the door code at 1am in the morning and internet issues (not the homeowners fault) but they were there when we needed them and more than willing to do whatever they could to get us through these very small bumps. Thank you for sharing your home and we will definitely look to stay again in the future! **My advice regarding Orlando is to take your patience when eating out drive thru lines are ridiculously long, if you have to go to Walmart go to the one in Clermont its worth the extra couple minutes and internet service is not great anywhere even with 5G. Have fun!
