Your private pool has a large pool deck, great for relaxing, and a covered lanai with dining table, perfect for al freso dining. The pool can be heated for additional charge. About the owner: Johanna and Stephen are a husband and wife team that manage reservations for 40+ private villa owners in the Disney Orlando area, most of these villas are listed on Florida Rentals. We have been operating now for over 15 years. We have owned a villa in Kissimmee near Disney for 20 years and know the area very well.
We will respond to your enquiry and provide a detailed quote, there are no hidden extras. Once you are happy with the quote we will send you the booking form and provide a secure way for you to pay the $150 reservation deposit.
We have many repeat guests that book more than 12 months in advance.

Before your arrival the villa will have a deep clean and full sanitization. You can be rest assured it will be spotlessly clean.

We employ a local management company to take care of each villa and they are available 24/7 to deal with any questions/issues during your visit to the villa.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful villa. It is modern, clean, has everything you would need. Best of all is sitting in the hot tub on a January day and lookiing across at the wildlife and lake view. Villa is close to shopping and restaurants. We will be booking again. This villa had everything, well furnished, clean, fully equipped kitchen, games room, laundry room and fabulous pool with lake view. Location was great, safe and secure and only 20 minutes to Disney. We will definitely book this villa on our next trip to Disney.
