Resort amenities include a 6,700 square foot clubhouse, zero-entry resort-style pool, lazy river, waterslides, poolside cabanas, cafeteria, fitness center, playground, and tennis courts.
This is a secure gated community close to the Disney Parks area, but far enough away to experience some peace and relaxation

The space
The house has a beautiful living room with a TV and a formal dining room for 8 people, and a fully equipped open gourmet kitchen with a countertop that accommodates an additional 4 people.
There is a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom next to a shared bathroom with a shower. Upstairs: there are 2 master bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two queen beds, and another 2 bedrooms with two twin beds each sharing a full bath with shower, additionally a large family room with TV, and the laundry room area.
There is a private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a BBQ, and a patio lounge area with a half bath.
The townhome has wireless internet and a Roku TV in every bedroom, including all linens and welcome toiletries. Optional pool heat is available at an additional charge.

Guest access
Solterra is just minutes from Walt Disney World and other famous Orlando attractions: Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Legoland, Aquatica, etc. Local shops, outlet malls, restaurants, and world-class golf courses are close by. Florida's stunning world-famous, and award-winning beaches on both the west and east coasts are also easily accessible from here. Quick access to major interstate highways: 4 and Hwy 27.
