The space:
AWESOME LOCATION right on water's edge! You'll LOVE enjoying breakfast, dinner, morning coffee or afternoon cocktail from right inside the unit overlooking the exciting waterway, watch as multi-million dollar yachts pass right by under the split-lift bridge and take in the beautiful blues of the ocean within the panoramic view!
Our condo is located within the upscale Hilton Doubletree resort and includes all the amenities of the property - heated outdoor pool, jacuzzi, indoor/outdoor restaurant with an exceptional menu, coffee bar, exercise room, conference center with private meeting rooms, 24/7 front desk service, valet parking (additional cost), the famous intracoastal water taxi also makes a stop right at the property...Location, Location, Location. Again, our condo complex is a 10 min walk to the beach, the upscale Galleria Mall, featuring a huge variety of upscale shops and fantastic restaurants including Blue Martini, Capital Grill and Seasons 52 to name a few, coffee shops, pharmacies, and a Publix supermarket and marina, etc...excellent place for ALL! ~ ideal for families up to four (2 adults, 2 kids), romantic couples, business or singles...:-)
Guest access:
Guests have access to everything in the unit including all the amenities of the resort. Laundry machines are available for $3.00/load, 3rd floor. Your stay includes initial towels, coffee and bath amenities, (shampoo, conditioner, etc), pool towels are available at the pool.
Cleaning, towels and other:
PLEASE DO NOT use our unit towels at the pool. There are nice, clean, big resort towels by the pool for your use :-)... This is a privately owned unit with all of our own personalized amenities, towels and sheets, we ARE NOT part of the hotel. The unit will be cleaned upon your departure but will not be cleaned daily for your stay, this is a private residence. For stays longer than a week, we will supply a "towel service" once per week where an outside cleaning service brings in another clean set of towels and takes away to used ones...again, please do not put towels in the hallway or inquire with any cleaning staff in the hotel, they cannot enter our unit or give towels...there is a Kuerig (with starter pods), full size coffee pot, rapid water boiler for tea and fully equipped utensils and cookware located in the kitchen.
Interaction with guests:
We are available anytime during your stay if needed, otherwise you will have the entire place to yourselves, 24/7 concierge/front desk available anytime to answer any questions or point you in the right direction of area restaurants/activities/etc...for anything else (maintenance or unit care) please reach out to owner directly.
Other things to note:
No self-parking onsite, only Valet parking available onsite for $37/day.
Again, even though this is within a Hilton resort, this is a privately owned residence and you are renting it as such. You may request additional amenities at your own expense.

Area Information
Location, Location, Location. Again, our condo complex is a 10-15 min walk to the beach (depending on how fast you walk) the upscale Galleria Mall, a huge variety of fantastic restaurants including Capital Grill, coffee shops, pharmacies, and a Publix supermarket, etc. The property is about 10 minutes from the airport and the cruise port (about a $20 uber/Lyft ride). There is also a fantastic little ocean town called Lauderdale By The Sea, located just 3-4 miles north on Ocean Blvd.

Wonderful views
This condo has it all, a private, beautifully decorated condo with the amenities of a first class hotel. Restaurants and beach within walking distance and the water taxi stops at the hotel. Dan provided info for happy hours and the best food. Great getaway.

Everything you need and more!
I was so welcomed by the hosts that I felt like we were staying in a property owned by a friend. He was extremely responsive and accommodating, however we hardly needed any assistance as the property was beyond expectations. With amazing views (particular vantage point for the air show and boat parade) the unit has all amenities of a hotel without the interruption of being a hotel guest. The table top bar on the balcony for a perfect sundowner, or the grassed area on the intracoastal were particular hot hang spots. Everything is within walking distance, it really is the perfect location for a vacation.
