You will also enjoy a contemporary, spa like bathroom with whirlpool tub, walk in shower and access to the furnished balconies to enjoy those stunning views. Washer and Dryer is located in the bathroom as well.

Cleaning Fee: $150

REQUIRED FEES BY THE HOTEL:
RESORT FEE: Must be paid directly to the hotel/condo at check in $35+tax per day. The Fee is non-negotiable and regulated by the hotel. However, this fee does provide the following services throughout your stay:

* Beach Chair Service ( 2 chairs and 1 umbrella)
* Beach Towels
* 2 Water bottles at the beach
* 2 Bike Rentals for 2 Hours

Parking Fee of $49+tax per night is required when parking at the W Residence. This is a valet service.

Hotel requires guests to be at least 21 years old to check in and use hotel services.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING ROOM AND HOTEL
There is absolutely no smoking in the hotel or the room. Minimum of $500 will be incurred if guest smokes in the room or balcony area.

We regret to inform you that due to ongoing work on the exterior of the building, the balcony in your rental may be temporarily unavailable. Please be assured that we are working diligently to complete the necessary repairs as quickly as possible to restore full access to the balcony. However, we would like to emphasize that all other amenities, including the pools, restaurants, and other facilities, remain open and available for your enjoyment. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your understanding and patience.
