Not only were the accommodation spotless, the host was a greT communicator . Zero issues with the location and condo. Clean and well stocked with necessities and walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Great condo!

Amazing condo.. Typical of the W hotel, the place is high-end, modern, and comfortable. The owner is very welcoming, and he ensures that your stay feels like a second home. Thank you, Larry!!Probably the only negative is that the pool is only open until 7:00, but there is so much to do that it wasn’t really an inconvenience to my family.Loved the view.. I will stay there again in the near future.Joe

Don't Look Any Further!

Can't say enough about the unit, as well as the owner, Larry. The unit is spotless and on the residence side of the W. The W itself is in a super location and within walking distance of a ton of great restaurants. Two pools and gym are on site. The unit has a lovely balcony and side view of the ocean. Larry was wonderful to work with.

The best vacation ever!

My family and I just returned from the best vacation ever! We stayed at Suite 1906, Residences of W Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The host, Larry Baker provided the most beautiful accomodations in the resident section of W Hotels. The view was stunning, one side of long balcony was a view of ocean, the other end was the inter coastal. In front of the condo was a view of a good portion of Ft.auderdale. and this was from the 19th floor!. The condo was modern, comfortable, clean (very clean) and I highly recommend staying there. It was close to some great restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful and comfortable!

We had another couple join us for a week’s stay at this beautiful condo. We so enjoyed the view, sitting on the balcony with coffee or wine, Larry has equipped it with all the comforts of home.The only negative would be the amenities of the W Hotel and Residences, which are good, but a little expensive if you want to rent chairs and umbrellas for more than the 2 people that are covered.All in all it is a wonderful place to spend a week in Florida, rather than being further north in Virginia in the winter! We will stay here when we return to the area for certain.

Condo has it all

Very well kept condo, thoroughly stocked and very clean. Spacious and comfortable. W Residences provides everything you need for vacation--restaurants, pool, beach, spa. W staff is phenomenal, friendly, helpful, gracious and accommodating.

Best Ft Laud Beach Rental Ever!

I spent a week with my 2 young children and parents at this property and I could not say enough good things about it! It was so clean and we felt so at home. The beds, sheets and pillows were so comfortable. There were endless amounts of towels. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need. And Larry was very responsive and available for anything we needed. I even ended up extending 1 additional night. We plan to make this an annual trip location for sure.

Incredible family vacation

Where do I begin? From the moment we booked until we checked out, Larry was there every step of the way, going out of his way to make us feel welcomed. We were traveling to Florida as a family to celebrate my mom's milestone birthday and bringing our baby. Larry made the condo feel as "at-home" as possible which was such a nice touch. The condo itself was beautiful and the views were incredible. We created lifelong memories with my son and we look forward to returning next year!

Next year again

3 Dutch ladies had a wonderful time in Larry’s appartement, very well looked after, coffee cups and 2 coffee machines, washing machines, laundry bags, etc…….Very clean, our beds were so comfortable, never slept better (except in our own beds).Thank you for letting us stay in your appartement!Yvonne, Hester and Frouke

Wonderful Suite !

Couldn't have asked for a better conclusion to our holiday. Larry didn't miss a beat with his beautiful suite. He was there to greet us and provided everything in the suite from soup to nuts. Would highly recommend this for a holiday destination :)

Great Vacation

We stayed for a week, the location and views were spectacular. We rented a boat for the week and docked it there. It was so nice to just walk out back and into the boat.The home was perfect for what we wanted to do, and the top deck is a fabulous place to hang out and enjoy the view.We would stay again for sure.

PERFECT SETTING with ALL of the COMFORTS of HOME!

We booked both of Larry's side-by-side homes for a 14-person family reunion over Christmas. First, the location is perfect...with sweeping views of the water and palm trees, and centrally located in Marathon for easy access to everything.The homes were both very well appointed with modern fixtures, granite, furniture, and decor. The homes were both impeccably clean and organized. The bathrooms were spotless, and the master bath is huge! And, Larry leaves NO stone unturned. Everything you could possibly need/ want is provided. You really don't need to bring anything except your camera, your food and drink, and a ready-to-relax mindset.Larry was GREAT to work with beforehand (while we were planning for this rather large get-together of family members from all over the country) and during. He explained everything with a tour upon our arrival and was easy to reach via text/ call during our stay when we had questions about anything.Our family rented a boat (from Larry's pal, Mike) and the dock was located steps from our homes which made for some fun on the water and great fishing memories.There are chairs for deck sitting, great wifi, tvs in every room, games, grills, hot tub, every kitchen appliance and gadget you need, and more! We truly didn't need anything else.... and we all enjoyed a great great week that we'll always remember.Thanks for your hospitality, Larry! We will be back! Hopefully, sooner than later!!!

EVERYTHING you need for a relaxing vacation!

Larry’s place has everything you need and so much more! We did fish right from the pier in front of the house, had fun with a rented boat, went for an amazing snorkelling trip... Also many relaxing days just enjoying the place, the pool and spa!Larry was spot on for many great restaurants suggestions. Thank you!

Marathon Keys Trip 2018

Rented Home from Larry Baker at Marathon Keys and it was very clean and nice in every way. It was in a perfect location for easy access to the main channel that connects the Gulf to the Atlantic ocean. Easy access to shopping and places to eat. Very private and gated with a security system and elevator and every thing needed to make us happy. We would definitely stay there again if we get the chance to go back to Marathon. We give a A+ rating !

Peaceful and Easy Feeling

Larry, the owner/agent, met us in the early afternoon and showed us all the amenities for our enjoyment. The Hot Tub and the Pool were ready for us and the property itself was just perfect for a romantic getaway that we were looking for. It says two floors, but the bottom floor with the hot tub, grill, dock and pool along with the table and chairs was a third floor to hang at. Then, the rooftop which has a 360 degree view of the island, made it four fun filled floors! I can't say enough about this place. Worth every dime of the cost of the rental and the off season price made this a spectacular deal and vacation. Going home satisfied and relaxed!
