AbeIt is a 2BR apartment in the Ritz Carlton, with views on the city, however it is above giant air conditioners of the hotel making constant noise, the balcony is simply not usable. We checked in Friday. On Monday our TV streaming apps stopped working, Tuesday Homestakes sent a person who was not really familiar with the system, not a tech, and he and Homestakes started making up excuses,that only the Hotel channels should work, however even on those where Netflix was available it did not work, upon insisting on Wednesday they sent someone else that worked with the hotel techs (should have done it Tuesday) and they admitted that there is a problem, and streaming did not work for the rest of our stay! The included mid stay cleaning was scheduled for Wednesday at 10, and they did not show up, when I complained, they offered to reschedule for Thursday which I refused as there was one day left. I do not recommend the Host, Homestakes.

HassanThe place was beautifully decorated and elegant. It was located in the middle of the action and you can walk to many places including the beach, restaurants, shops and activities. The hotel staff were very friendly, accommodating and always willing to help. I highly recommend this place.

KaiKEINE WEITEREMPFEHUNG - so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt! Positive: Die Ausstattung war gut. Damit hört es aber schon auf, was ich über diesen Aufenthalt Gutes sagen kann. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nie mehr buchen und empfehlen jedem zur Vorsicht! Negative: ACHTUNG Sie buchen hier nicht beim Ritz-Carlton, sondern bei irgend einem Dritten mit dem Namen HomeStakes. Das Hotel hat uns direkt gesagt, dass Ritz-Carlton nicht verantwortlich ist. – Gepäck wurde nicht auf Zimmer gebracht ("haben Sie nicht gebucht") – keine Zimmerreinigung, frische Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc, diese kann für 100 USD extra gebucht werden – Zimmer ist nach hinten raus, direkt über einer riesengroßen Industrieklimaanlage – Gräuschpegel (24h am Tag) bei rd. 73 db – Auch bei geschlossenen Türen und auch im Schlafzimmer dauernde GeräuschbelästigungBeschwerde bei Ritz-Carlton wurde abgelehnt mit der Begründung: „Sind wir nicht für verantwortlich.“ Beschwerde bei Hoemstakes: Das ist eine Oceanfront Facility, das bedeutet nicht, dass man auch aufs Meer sehen kann. Anschließend Drohungen: Man würde uns durch die Security herausschmeißen, wenn wir uns noch einmal beim Hotel beschweren, und juristische Schritte, falls wir unsere negativen Erfahrungen öffentlich machen.

We’ll definitely be back in future visits.The host was super responsive, very helpful across the board. If I can’t get this same unit I will definitely check their portfolio of properties to find something that works.Highly recommend this unit and owner!
