Resort Fee
A mandatory fee of $62.15 per night, payable at check-in to the W Hotel, includes:

* Wet West (Residences Pool): Your exclusive oasis on the 5th-floor deck of the residence tower—serene and private.
* W Resort Main Pool: Interested in full-resort vibes—cabanas, poolside service, oceanfront views? Day passes are available through Marriott or at the resort.

Valet parking is on-site at $63 + tax per day (current total $67.41), payable to the W Hotel.

ShavarraBeautiful place, comfortably accommodated my guest of 6. Very clean, great check-in experience. Only feedback is it's not a full ocean view as I had thought - partial view. We didn't mind because we had a good view of the canal, city and ocean.

KellyWe had an amazing stay. My son decided to come last minute so they provided us with an air mattress so my kids wouldn’t have to share a bed. They were also able to get us in the unit early! We will definitely be booking with them again.

LironThe management team was great at communicating leading up to and during our trip. The unit is beautiful, great location and ideal proximity to the beach. Very comfy beds, the sofa bed not so much for our 8 year old so we just folded it back up and he was happy on the couch. Unfortunately we had a trip delay so didn't have time to check out the pool or other amenities. But the unit was perfect for our family of five and the views are spectacular. Stayed here before our Disney cruise and it's a quick 10-15 minute drive to the port. Will try to stay here again in the future!

ScottThe apartment photos are not representative of what it truly looks like- they were taken years ago and from angles that make it hard to discern the size and layout of rooms. The furnishings are cheap, outdated and falling apart. The “second bedroom” is a sliding door (that was broken) essentially dividing the living room in half. This is not a true two bedroom. The balcony doors were broken (fixed on our third day). Rugs are frayed, bed linens are cheap and worn out, chipped paint, incomplete set of dishes, dirty slip covers on sofas. Horrific masks of faces hanging over uncomfortable master bed (not depicted in photos).Finally we requested early check in and the unhelpful woman at the front desk made us sit in the lobby with our luggage as she did not have the early check in time in the system. When we finally got to the apartment it had clearly not been inspected and the AC unit was broken. Extremely overpriced for what was offered. We would not recommend staying here.

PramodGreat location, walkable to all the places (great restaurants, bars, breakfast spots, beach). Complimentary electric bike rental for 2 hours, daily morning Yoga, nice "living room" on the 4th floor. Secure and felt safe! Pricey for 6 days stay but it was the busiest time of the year, so... I guess a fair deal? Living space is clean and views are very nice on this high level condo (23rd floor) though it is not a penthouse as advertised. 24th floor would be penthouse. If couples, the two bedroom suites are pretty good but the common living space where the extra person(s) need to sleep, is open to both bedrooms when the sliders are open and sofabeds are never too comfortable. Overall, a memorable stay for us and we are thankful for a responsive host team.

TracyIt was a great stay! It was very spacious and well equipped. Super responsive hosts. It is the perfect location no need to rent a car. The pool is just ok but the beach is great! We enjoyed massages at the spa and the restaurant Steak 954 is excellent!

DebbieThe view was spectacular. Unfortunately, the main W pool was closed which means we paid a resort fee for an overcrowded pool. The sliding doors to the balcony were very hard to open and one had a broken handle. Homestays was there immediately when reported. They were incredibly responsive. The beds were very comfortable. The welcome basket was really nice.

Lara JanelThis place has all the VIEWS!! Check in was smooth and they were able to honor our request for a slightly earlier check in time. You will find all the comforts and everything you need in this fully stocked unit. The welcome basket was such a wonderful touch! The location is perfect and everything is within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed the residence pool and cabanas. There was no need to pay the fee for the ‘main’ pool unless you are looking for more action. Staff everywhere was WONDERFUL! I would definitely stay here again on my next trip, so snag it while you can….you won’t regret a thing! Thank you for being such a great host.
