KimberlyAgain, LOVED LOVED LOVED! the staff but wouldn't stay again. Positive: The Staff were wonderful, I was happy to pay for the service but the hotel itself was really just an overpriced Marriott, not a Ritz-Carlton that I was expecting. Granted I was staying in one of the apartments that was privately owned and it needed some upgrades, but the hotel property itself was just average. Negative: The amount of families in the pool area and POOL TOYS taking over the smallish pool for a large hotel was extremely annoying for a LUXURY hotel. I was there for a weekend alone for a nice relaxing time but it was overrun by screaming kids and ridiculous donut floaties that shouldn't have been allowed.

STEPHENWhat you don't know Positive: The atmosphere of the property location. The staff there was excellent in customer service. Negative: The location of the syite that we stayed in. We were lo ated right above 5 huge fans that wete part of cooling an entire building. On day one, it was clear we couldn't e joy the terrace, it was so loud you couldn't enjoy conversation. When I side the apartment, you were inae to ease the doors open because of the level of noise. But what took things to the next level, was when workers started dwelling on our first morning at 8 am. Not to mention the 1000 dollar I cide tal deposit that was asked for by the hotel, after paying for our stay with you in full

EvgenyPositive: Place exceeded my expectation. It is much bigger in pictures, lots of space to put your clothes/luggage. Amazing location, safe close to all the restaurants, to go to the beach you can either cross the road or go through a special tunnel (where pool is). Also 10/10 for the view (river view where you can see boats + millionaire homes and most importantly SUNSET, absolutely beautiful.) Host responded very quickly. Thank you for a welcome basket and toys for kids, it was very nice and thoughtful. Negative: There were pans but not pots in the kitchen, no lids either. I am sure if i messaged the host, they would have provided as they were very quick to respond about other concerns but since i was not only staying for 2 nights, i did not want to bother + i found a way to get around without it.

RafaelaPositive: Had an amazing stay at the Ritz! The room was beautiful, super comfortable, well-appointed, and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. What really stood out, though, was the service. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It made the whole experience feel seamless and special. Would absolutely stay here again!

KadriaBest stay in Fort Lauderdale! Positive: Beautiful residence in an amazing five star hotel. The restaurant was amazing as well as the beach and beach service. We especially loved the welcome basket! The team was so accommodating with quick responses and options to extend our checkout time. Negative: I wish we could have stayed even longer! It was so comfortable and felt like home!

InesTolle Aussicht, super Hotel und Appartment, aber leider viel zu laut am Balkon Positive: Das Appartement war super Negative: Großes Manko: der Balkon ist nicht benutzbar, weil sich darunter die Ventillation des Nachbarn befindet , die Tag und Nacht extrem laut ist. Somit kann man die tolle Aussicht nur von Innen genießen

RebeccaThe condo was very nice and the two bathrooms were super convenient. But we had an issue with the down pillows on the bed, which I do not like and asked for foam and was told they didn’t have any. Also the balcony noise from the giant fans in the next building made the outside space unusable.
