There is a deposit of $1000 and a cleaning fee of $125 per stay). Deposit is refundable (less the cleaning fee) if there is no damage on departure. Deposit is due at booking and remaining payment is due on or before arrival date. Payment can be made by etransfer, Zelle, direct deposit, check or credit card (4% fee for credit card payments). Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date there is a $500 cancellation fee. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeited but any additional payments will be refunded. If cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to arrival, $1000 deposit and any remaining payments made will be forfeited. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with an additional pet fee of $250 per pet and pet rent of $5 per night. Property has a strict no-smoking policy. The designated smoking area is in the parking lot. Parking is free and 2 parking spots are provided. No additional vehicles can be accommodated. Laundry is available on site.

The property we rented was extremely clean. Greg was a pleasure to work with and was extremely responsive and accommodating to our requests. He had a property manager onsite and she was also responsive to any questions we had. The place we rented came with a designated parking space and was located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We would definitely rent here again.

My two teenagers and I stayed in this condo for a few days while we checked out the local beach, shopping, and beautiful weather. The condo itself is just as in the pictures and as you can see is beautifully and professionally updated. We ate out most of the time, but the kitchen has pretty much everything you need to cook your own meals! The bed was comfortable (and there's a pull-out couch), the shower had reasonable pressure and lots of hot water, and there were no noisy neighbors. Some of the other condos in this unit are longer-term residents; they were all very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the local attractions (we went to the Everglades, beach, Cheesecake Factory ... and we saw several exotic cars driving down the strip!). Overall, an excellent place to stay.

Greg is great to work with. He is concerned that you have everything you need. Plenty of items in kitchen so, you don't need to buy anything to cook your food. Bathroom is excellent, wifi, cable and tv work great. Plenty of closet space . Condo is close to a mall, gas station, bicycles are near the mall if you need to rent them, onsite laundry and parking. The beach is pretty close by but, I would rent a car or bike to get to it. I would stay here again or any properties that Greg has. Plenty of restaurants are close by for example: Teaxs de brazil and Blue Martini. Greg's property manager is helpful as well.

This is an excellent apartment in a great location of Fort Lauderdale. Just 1.5 miles from the beach, the famous Las Olas boulevard, the Galleria mall as well as multiple convenience stores. The apartment is freshly renewed, with a new modern kitchen and utensils. There is a living room with a sofa bed and plasma TV and a door that exits to the backyard. The master room is spacious with exit to the backyard and plasma TV as well. Finally, there's a separate bathroom with modern shower. Living room and master room with ceiling fans and the AC is powerful. You will not get hot inside the apartment. Internet signal was excellent. There is a gas grill and coin washer and dryer. Very convenient for extended stays. Greg was super nice to allowed me to stay for 1 week with only 12 hours notice. He will help you with the process. Bottom line: freshly renew apartment in Fort Lauderdale near the beach and major attractions. I would not hesitate to come back. Price was very reasonable.

I stumbled upon this condo doing a search and only needed a few days' rental for a quick getaway! The location was perfect! Easy to get to the grocery store as well as the beach. Greg, the owner, was very accommodating and the condo itself is very clean and up to date and in a quiet neighborhood. Our only disappointment was lack of beach chairs but we made do and brought it to the owner's attention. It also appears that somewhere along the way the beach towels went missing but that was quickly rectified. All in all we had a great stay and loved the condo! Would recommend it highly!!.
good spot and pretty close to everything , the units are well kept up (updated) . we stayed a month and found Greg to be a wonderful host . Pot luck party every two weeks and actually had a super bowl party after we left and invited us (we went) . In this day and age the simple things like this we welcoming , Nice to see someone who actually cares about there customers and propertyjeff Kozora
